This location shouldn’t even have a phone! Being calling all week and not one time has the phone been answered. This has been this way since I started coming to this location! They need to higher more personnel just to answer the phones, cause not even management answers. You’re in the lobby and phone just rings off the hook!

This place is against veterans and their families if your a veteran or a family member of a veteran don't go there if you live in action 8 housing or VA assisted housing don't go there they will tell you,you're a high risk if you live in any type of government housing they will tell you,you cannot donate plasma,my wife has been going to this place before and then they changed the name,they treat veterans and their families like their below them

I’ve been donating here on and off for the past 2 years, I’ve never had a problem with my pay or card however last donation I was supposed to receive 40$ as it was stated in their transactions I was receiving a settlement of 40 yet upon calling the card I only received 35, 5 went missing with no log and upon using my card( assuming I had 40) was met with an insufficient account balance. This being my first time encountering this issue I had not known that I would go to lose another 5$ in POs decline fees. Highly irritable, had I been aware of this information I would’ve just pulled the money from my card in cash.

I wish I could rate them a zero. I have been donating off and on for years. I went yesterday to donate and informed them of my new address. She said oh this is an RV you can’t donate. I asked her how it’s different from the mobile home I owned and paid lot rent and she told me I could pick up and leave. I asked how that mattered I don’t owe any money to Grifols.She said they can’t contact me to let me know if anything is wrong with my donation. I asked why they couldn’t text me like they did for me to come and donate? I have a years lease in a very nice RV park . I have electric, sewer and running water. I don’t appreciate the way that I was treated and will not participate in donating my plasma at Grifols as I do it to help people not because I am broke!!!!!!!!!!

I would give negative stars but then I couldn't post. My husband has been donating here for a year or so. One week they came out and told him he was testing positive for an STD.. We knew that was a false positive and asked what he needed to do to donate. He was told to go to his doctor and get proof it was false. No problem, called his doctor, made an appointment, got the results, and results for every other disease known to man, all negative of course. He goes back the following week and has been getting the run around ever since.. This is the wrong test, he goes and gets another, oh your doctor has to sign this paper, now our doctor has to sign yada yada yada. This has been going on since roughly the middle of April. Today he went in after going in last week and speaking to the nurse and turning in more paperwork and they made him wait for 3+ hours before they came out and told him he could not donate. I'm going to find the number for the cooperate office and give someone an earful.

It's not that I don't like the place it's just when you call no one answers. So you go up there thinking you'll get answers but all you get is we'll call when we know anything. When they do decide to call it's after hours and they don't even leave a message.

Very nice. employees. I've been donating many years. But now they have lowered the pay. That means tens of thousands dollars goes to company. Do the math. It's crazy. The amount they are making. I think it's time to slow down or stop. After 13 years of donating . Expected pay to go up. Not down.

Longer wait times for less imbursement
it's getting ridiculous used to take 2 hours max and you would earn 75/100 bucks..
now due to new systems policies or whatever it takes 3-4 hours of waiting for 40 bucks
Also keep posted on hours of operation they have fluctuating availability
Most of the staff is pleasant so they get 1 star for the staff

Waste of time and gas. Nobody answers the phones and their appointment system is horrendous. They lock you into certain donation days and won't change it. Beware of this place. Go to CSL plasma instead

Beware of wasting time and gas. This facility never picks up the phone to answer calls. Terrible system of appointments only on certain days. Switching to CSL Plasma! They gladly take walk ins and do not force certain donation days on you.

The constant cutting of funds to its donors shows how little they care about the cows they milk for their profits..rewards have dropped over 200 dollars since last year ...Moo Moo cows shouldn't complain right?
Update; now takes 2+ hours longer than it used to due to some new system for donors so expect longer waits than ever
Less money Plus longer waits make it almost not worth doing anymore
Update they just reduced payouts yet again
45 and 75 for returning
100 for first 2 donations new donors
