DO NOT TRUST BILLY’S TRANSMISSION!! You will indeed regret this!! We have known Billy for years and decided to take our Dodge Ram 1500 for engine/transmission repair which cost over $5,000.00. When we initially took it there, it took a long time for the work to be done. From the time we picked up the truck, we’ve continued to experience problems nonstop. The first was driving on the highway and almost losing our lives because the drive shaft fell out the bottom of the truck onto the highway. The truck almost flipped. We had it towed to Billy’s Transmission, which they were responsible for the repair due to the warranty. Billy’s still made us pay him around $1,800 for that particular repair and we picked up the truck again after a very long time frame. Since we picked it up, there has been nonstop issues with the truck. We’ve had to take it back to Billy numerous times, and spending even more money. The final draw was us leaving the truck there to take care of the many flaws, in addition to them leaving the seal off and the truck now having an oil leak, since in their possession for repair. After waiting for couple months and checking in on the repair, Mr. Billy told us to just come get the truck because he could not figure it out and just take him to court. We were very disappointed because we still gave him a chance to make things right after so much patience and spending so much money. Mr. Bill was very nonchalant and his son (one of the mechanics at the shop) was beyond disrespectful! I plan to indeed, take this up with them in court, as I still had to pay another mechanic for the repair of our truck!Services: Transmission

Be careful with these people they do some really shady stuff took truck to get transmissions computer fix they ended up messing up the side of my truck and then they were trying to cover it up without telling me anything about it they painted it witch the paint wasn’t even the same colorService: Transmission
