Attempted to contact Lady Lake on 2/20/24 to resolve an issue regarding a rescheduled install, by Lady Lake, of a vehicle dash camera, which had already been paid for with the Best Buy card and then paid off with my personal account. I was transferred instead to a customer service agent, at the Ocala store, who would not accommodate me by contacting Geek Squad at Lady Lake to verify they still had the dash camera in their possession before I was made to repurchase the item. I was informed I would get a credit on the Best Buy Card and not refunded the amount to my personal account. My concern was if I ordered the camera again and they could not find the camera, due to Geek Squad still having it in their cage, it would be reordered from their warehouse and I would have to reschedule to install a second time. I did not want to drive 18 miles to get the install done in two days to find out they don't have the item, because it was reordered. The customer service agent called me "Bud" and laughed when I tried to explain my concern and when I asked to speak to a manager, said a manager was not available and terminated the phone call, because of my attitude. They just lost a sale, because as the customer, I should not have to do their job for them when it was their shortage of employees to install the camera during the initial appointment and lack of dilligence that caused the order to be canceled and refunded. I don't understand how people expect to get paid more money to do their job, but can't accommodate a customer's request, which would have taken a minute or two, or reshedule an installation and ensure the order did not get cancelled. Very poor customer service.

Very good attention and service. Shout out to Gabby, she was amazing. Very helpful, stayed with us and guided us step by step. We went in for new IPad and phone and she helped us tremendously. We had a couple of issues with dead iPad and phone company, but she was patient, knowledgeable and friendly and assured us that everything was going to be fine. If you need something and stuff done go to Gabby. We need more people like her in business. Thank you Best Buy and thank you Gabby.

Best Buy Geek Squad I tried to stop a renewal on 2/3/24 by phone, online when I couldn't do either I went to the store. They couldn't stop renewal either. Called on 2/5/24 and got it stopped and a refund was granted only thing they tried to short me $150 Just got off the phone and looks as if it may be a fight

This Best Buy takes care of business. Pure and Simple. I've unfortunately had to pay a visit here more than a could of times for repairs when my Computer crashed. After enough times the staff knew me by name. The Geek Squad is very polite and professional. Even if you do something really dumb with your device, they keep it professional and politely try to give you some advice. Their prices for their products are always reasonable.

Bought my all in one copier and laptop as well as getting Geek Squad ?. Not a techy "geek" as far as computers and all the electronic stuff goes, so if I have issues, I leave it to Geek Squad, and they're great. My tech is Thomas, very nice and professional. I didn't care for the first one, I don't even remember his name. That's how unimpressed I was. It was like he was in a rush, as where Thomas took his time to explain and show things without being in a hurry like he had to get home!

I really enjoy the old fashion service you receive at Best Buy. The Sales & Technical people are well educated and experienced to answer my questions. It's like having a direct conversation with the manufacture. Products these days in most cases cost thousands of dollars and I want to be absolutely sure that I fully understand the applicable details before l buy.The only thing l did like is that u have to make appointments to meet with each department. It's not them. It's me. I'll get used to it. In the long run it's likely to be the most efficient way to run the business. I just wanted to buy a new cell phone before I left. I ran out of time and couldn't wait.Again this was not their fault rather a lack of understanding on my part. I've been a Best Buy customer since 1989
