First of all, it is always so dark in this store. Then, just the other day we were there around 11 am. It was so warm and stuffy in there, we had to leave. Prices and selection don't matter if the store is too uncomfortable. The air conditioning needs to come on before the store opens. Sweating while I shop is not what I look for in a store.

This is the worst Belk I've ever been in. It's May, & it was so hot in there people were complaining. The fitting rooms are in the middle of the store, so if you're trying on bras, like I was, there's no associate to help you, as there has been at every other department store I've been to. The fitting room doors don't have locks & someone walked in on me & 2 other people. I couldn't get an item off the top rack & since there was no one to assist me, I had to stand on a box to get it.

Need to get their shit together. Asked for a price check and one cashier tells me $107. I go try it on come back to a different cashier telling me $170. Big difference and wants to argue that there 20
Different scan tags on there and the one person didn’t scan the right tag. That’s not my problem and it should be honored. No customer service at all and people don’t know what they are doing.
