The store has decent merchandise with decent prices. BUT, the cleanliness of the store is AWEFUL. The carpet is filthy and stained. The store smells like old urine. It was so bad that my allergies started acting up when I was in the back of the store. I understand carpet gets a little dirty, but this carpet looked like someone had never taken the time to vaccume it- ever.
The attitude of one of the workers was horrible. As I looked through some of the racks there was an older blonde lady loudly complaining about someone picking up an order. as she rushed by me, more than one time through the clothing racks almost hitting me, she never said excuse me. As a matter of a fact, she never even acknowledged me standing where she almost hit me several times. I'm just a customer. I never asked for her help or interrupted her loud rant. I don't deserve to be in the middle of her issues when I'm just trying to have a peaceful day.
Please, clean the store up and remove the negative people. so that going in the store could be a little more enjoyable.

I had an usual encounter with who i'm assuming was the manager (she never identified herself) I drive for Lyft and use the back parking lot as home base, been using that location for over a year. I use JCPenny's and Belks bathrooms as they are both near an outside door to the parking lot. Today i went in as i've done at least 30 times. This person was walking from the bathroom area as i walked in, we exchanged hellos and maybe 10 minutes after i went in to the restroom i heard the door open and the sound of heels take a few steps in and leave. Upon exiting the restroom i was stopped by this lady as she was standing right outside. She proceeded to make a few assumptions, one being i've never purchased anything (in fact i have) and she feels i take to long in the bathroom (didn't know i was 10 and she was my mother). Didn't bother to give me much of a chance to explain. Basically told me the restrooms were for paying customers and i should use the very inconvenient mall restrooms, especially when you have to do #2 badly as i did. The whole situation was creepy, rude and unbecoming of a manager (if that's who she was). No wonder that store barely has any customers.
