I CAME INTO THIS PLACE NEW YEARS EVE OKAY ..DEFINITELY WAS BUSY NICE SETTING BUT I TOLD HER I WANTED MY NAILS SHORT SHE TALKING BOUT NOPE OKAY COOL THEN THE LINE GOING EVERY WAY BUT THE RIGHT WAY…I CAME BACK TODAY AFTER PAYING 60 DOLLARS THE FIRST TIME SHE TALKING BOUT 20 EXTRA DOLLARS TO FIX HER MESSED UP WORK THEN GET A ATTITUDE WITH ME CAUSE I TOLD HER MY MONEY WAS WASTED HERE I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE

Up here visiting family from Fort Lauderdale and needed to get my nails done. Came here on a wim and I regret my decision. The lady in the first chair did my nails she was rushing and none of my nails are the same length or shape. I kept asking kindly if she could fix them and she seemed annoyed. Now I see why they have all these policies on the wall.. cause clearly they don't do good work and receive several complaints.

The nails I not where not at all like the photo I showed her. There are signs all over the shop saying no refunds so apparently there are a lot of in happy customers. Wasted $80

I love my nails, I did them with Lena and she was so nice. I made an appointment at 1 and I had to wait past my appointment because she took someone else before me and was running behind, but I didn’t mind the wait. I had an appointment with Nancy at 1:30 PM at Avalon Nails yesterday. I got there about 1:25 PM and was told to sit in section 5. After waiting 40 minutes another girl Linda took over. Granted she did a good job. However, waiting for 40 minutes is intolerable. I only waited that long because I got involved in a game on my cell phone. When I asked for the manager they simply said that she was in the kitchen. They barely apologized for their tardiness and lack of being able to communicate in English. Even after going there for 6 months I will not return. They need to have better communicating skills in ENGLISH and accept their appointments on time..Service: Pedicure
