My son and I were traveling through the area after purchasing a car in St. Pete. My son wanted to get his tires balanced before the trip back to Illinois. I called and asked if they could get him in for that and myself an oil change. The initial interaction at the place was so rude that I didn’t get my oil changed. The guy was condescending. The technician insisted on driving my son’s car. He managed to take the fuel capacity down 80 miles in a short test drive. We can only assume that he was flooring it. The technician also got oil and dirt on the interior of the car. The reason I chose Ocala is I’m familiar with the area. My dad lives there and I graduated high school there. Just because we were from out of town, I felt like they were rude, condescending, and I will not be returning ever. I would ride with the technician, if you take your vehicle there and be prepared to be treated like you are inept.

Quality rings true here, from initial consult to completed service, would recommend to anyone! John and Brittany on the front desk explain thoroughly the work to be done and recommendations to keep the vehicle running safely and well. A solid shop and team running it, with fair pricing and exemplary service to the customer! Keep up the great work Auto Masters!

Just so you know, I rarely leave five stars for a review, but this auto service company has consistently treated me in an exemplary manner and exhibited such a high level of professionalism and integrity that, I am forced to violate my own rule. There are many more examples of times that I was pleasantly surprised at their honesty than I have room to list but take my word for it, they are numerous. They do business and customer service the way everyone did business and customer service, forty years ago, but those businesses are few and far between these days.
