John returned my call expediently and left a message that he was canceling my membership, yet I still had several days to use the service I'd already paid for. No addional payments were ever taken out. Even though they don't vacuum or clean out your car, the free cloths and awesome cleaners are fantastic. I won't hesitate to become a member again!!
