Not happy with them. They make me feel like I’m a liar. They want to get paid upfront like a week before procedure. In my case was a root canal. But who is Aspen dental? Like every other business you get paid when service is rendered. I don’t get them. Dr Mona and dental assistant were great but the office manager and front office staff were rude too me. I don’t know how Julie got that job but she needs work on her people skills. Very hard to reach anyone by phone too. No one answers. In any event overall I wouldn’t go back unless was an extreme emergency. There is unfortunately nowhere to turn for help on the consumers side in the field of dentistry. No ethical or moral organizations that regulate and watch over them like regular doctors. A dentist can pretty much recommend and tell u anything he wants despite your financial situation and there’s nowhere’ to go for help or make official complaints to. And all the a d a is good for is recommending toothpaste Sad

A big thank you to the staff and lab employees at the Ocala Aspen Dental office. I'm a snowbird and a few days away from heading home when my lower denture broke. They repaired my denture in one hour! They were polite, attentive and professional.

Scam dentist, beware. They told my mom she needed a root canal. My mom paid them for the root canal but when she went in to have it done, the dentist told her “no, you don’t need a root canal”. My mom then asked tried to get her money back and they are refusing to refund her for the root canal that wasn’t even performed! They’re keeping her money and we are trying to get her money back. The dentist told my mom that it was just a shadow in her xray, no need for a root canal. The first dentist lied to my mom that she needed a root canal and then took her money. My mom talked to the “manager” at this location to try to get her money back and she just laughed in her face. What is going on?!?!?

As with any dental visit, it's difficult for Lay persons to fully grasp the need for some procedures, but I felt well briefed and assured of everything presented as being needed. My technician was excellent in her demeanor and skills. Glad I went.

DA-Brittany was very pleasant & gentle in taking X-rays. Patty-RDH was gentle in doing Perio probing/eval. Dr. Andrew was thorough with the Comp Exam and Julie-Ofc Mngr was very pleasant and professional. My experience exceeded my expectations.

Overall, I was satisfied with my visit but left confused because my visit was an emergency with several broken and cracked teeth with a swollen right face and jaw. The one tooth clearly needed extraction but I wasn't asked if I could pay for that today which I could have.I was charged for a comprehensive plan but nothing was given to me. So, after sitting in my car for 10 min. and getting ready to leave I decided to ask for the plan. I went back in and asked about the plan and was then given a copy.I was assured that a prescription was going to be goin to be called in after the doctor saw his next patient. I took my time going home and read. 2 hours later, I was at the pharmacy and nothing had been sent in yet.After 2 more hours I decided to call the dentist office and I found out they had a question about allergies to antibiotics which I had none, so finally the antibiotics were called in. No pain. Medication

I went today to start with my dental workToday Patti my hygienist was very gentle and she took her time and made sure I was okay during the whole processShe did a tartar removal todayI go back in a couple of weeks for the removal of tartar removal in my gumsI recommend Patti over at Aspen dental on 200 by home DepotPatti was wonderful

I had a great experience at this location. I arrived early and got all the "paperwork" on the tablet done super quick. I was having pain caused by an "old" wisdom tooth. After the initial teeth consultation they removed my wisdom tooth the same day! The team did a great job.
