WARNING DONT GO HERE
2-28 filed taxes. Gave Correct information including direct deposit. Dan charged his fee and stated he did everything he needed for my tax return. Followed the IRS GO to track my funds. March 4 funds BOUNCED because Dan FAILED TO input CHECKING AND INSTEAD HE PUT SAVINGS. He did NOTHING AND TOOK NO BLAME FOR HIS NEGLIGENCE. Dan told me to go to my bank I went printed out that I gave him ALL Direct deposit information. Dan FAILED to follow up stated that I needed to call the IRS. Today April 3 called Dan again he stated he needed to finish his appointments before handle my issue that HE CAUSED. The NERVE OF THIS GUY. What a waste of time to go here and the stress that I have endured because of him. I hope I stop others from going here to have the same issues.
Great more incompetence from Dan IRS just told me that he put the wrong mailing address so now I don’t even get my check mailed to me now I don’t even know where it is. How pathetic is this company?

I began working with Renee Datz and her team of professionals. They are an absolutely wonderful group to work with. They took all the stress out of my tax preparation.
I was very concerned starting the process, but Renee and her team were fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Renee showed professionalism and courtesy and afforded me the comfort of knowing my taxes were being prepared legally and with the most current changes made to the tax code.
The best way I would describe ANDREWS LEMEK TAX SERVICES is that they are a professional service that takes away all the headaches, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs help.

We found Donna about 5 years ago. We now travel over an hour to do our taxes with her every year. She is worth the wait, she is always booked when we call. She is proud of what she does and it reflects in her work ethic. We will not go anywhere else

I can not recommend this service. After multiple errors made by our servicer, we are still waiting on our 2021 federal refund as of December 2022. I paid $300 for this service, and have had to follow up multiple times with the office. At this point I have been instructed to call the IRS and ask them where my return is, and they do not answer. So as of right now I have no idea what to do. As far as I am concerned I am out $3000; $2700 for my return and another $300 paid to the office. Had I known it would be this much hassle I would have went to a service that writes you a check until your refund is actually processed, then they would be on the hook for any errors made.

Second year that we have gone here. And second year they made a mistake that I caught. Dan forgot to add one of our tax documents. My husband gets a pension and annuity. Dan thought it was the same tax form. Luckily I caught it. What they charge is redulous.

We have been using lemeck tax service for over 20 yrs. They have provided the best service ever. We have referred 4 of our friends to them and they are very satisfied with the service.
