This company does not care about its clients. Over a decade banking with them. I will be changing banks.
To your response: I did call. I asked to speak to the branch manager about the issue. I was told I she was not in (they never seem to be) and that I would receive a call when she returned. It’s been over a day. No call back. So, no. It does not seem like customer service is a priority.

We have used several different banks over the years and there has only been one other bank in New Hampshire that has been as consistently helpful, considerate, and kind, while offering the products we wanted. Ameris gets my 5 star review!
