This is the most unprofessional tax preper i have ever encountered she tells me she charges $300 to prepare taxes but once i get home and go over my forms i see she really charge me $750 lol but when my return came she took $1,000 this lady got me the lowest refund i ever had and even charged me more the double what i normally pay ($150-200).DO NOT LET THIS WOMEN DO YOUR TAX RETURNS.

Very Unprofessional!!! Tells you the filing fee she charges is 300, but once you read forms it’s 750$ . Once I revived my taxes she took $1,025… than files under head of household when I file single!! Not only is she unprofessional but a risk! Indeed filed a report with irs! Go anywhere else but hear!

wouldnt recommend to ANYONE. (first year was alright but later saw missing info on my return...but this year...lesson learned) Bianca gasses you up but when she files, she cuts communication & ignores you for *weeks*..she files without ppl signing & without knowing her fees or final amount so you can check your status. oh & she'll have missing or the wrong info on your return. never going back again.
