This place is super nice and professional. Would recommend. Our puppy loved these ladies..they both took turns holding and loving one our 4 month old Dapple Dachshund..and she loved them back. ❤️

I leave my dog here all the time. He is so happy to visit. This past time I had an emergency and wasted able to pick him up on time and they accommodated me really well.

Great place for my dogs Everytime I go out of town. The new kennel techs are great. The front staff are just great! I will highly recommend this place. Top of the top, thank you to all at ABCD. Glad the blonde one with long hair is no longer there, she was always rude.

Applicants beware! This employer does not value their employees and considers you dispensable. Explains their extremely high turnover. If you LOVE animals seek employment elsewhere. They do not keep necessary food and cleaning supplies in stock as needed and the animals go without. They only pay overtime on the 80 hour two week pay period and will schedule you to work seven Straight 10 hour shifts and then shorten your schedule the next week to minimize your overtime. It’s a shame because it could be a really nice place with proper management and ownership.

If you're looking for a place to take care of your dog, it is not here. They genuinely do not care about if your dogs have good care. There's only 3 employees right now 2/3 of the employees have gone to management about the 3rd person who, leaves dogs locked out in the heat, doesn't give them water, doesn't read pre-bagged labeled food, doesn't read run cards to make sure about a dog having medicine to be given, only gives your dog maybe 1-2 minutes in the yard to go potty because she doesn't want to do it. They will also change your, walks, swim, and golf cart rides to playtime's simply because "they don't want to". They do not care about their kennel staff one bit, they fired 3/6 of the people there who actually cared for the well being of the animals, not to mention they think that before contacting any parents of animals they need to contact the vet that's down the road that doesn't answer the phone 75% of the time. They steal all of the kennel employees tips besides $50 for two weeks when we see owners tipping more and give half of them to the groomer sue. They don't give enough staff to the kennel per day, your dogs don't get fed till 10-11am in the mornings, one of the girls there still doesn't refresh waters when cleaning the dogs rooms and your dog will have nasty water all day. One of the front desk managers told us to lie to a customer and tell them their medication got spit up and gross and that's why the pup didn't get it but in reality the one employee left in the back just simply doesn't check these things or care. Now not all of the kennel employees are bad it's only 1/3 but, one makes a difference when there's only two people working in the back (one per building) no one back there has seen cash tips in two months. Don't tip if you do go here the women who actually cared for your dogs don't see it at all.

This place is so amazing to take your animals too, although they are very short staffed and run by very greedy people. I would love to recommend this place for your fur babys but I would never recommend giving them your money. There are much better boarding facilitys around the area. Live oak animal hospital (who they are run by) is very overpriced and there has been rumor of one of the doctors there kicking a dog. They don’t appreciate their staff whatsoever.
