Friendly and helpful. Got a thorough interview about the A/C problems with my car when I brought it in. Called me back in two hours with diagnosis and detailed breakdown of repair and prices. Fixed later that afternoon. Owned and operated by a dynamic young local couple. Easy to find the shop even from Oak Run in SW Ocala.

Affordable auto air and care was super helpful diagnosing what was wrong with my AC. They were very friendly and up front about what was going on. They took pictures and went the extra mile to make sure my AC would last. They also offer a 1 year warranty for parts AND labor. They defintely stand behind their work and I see why.

I just had the best experience with affordable auto air care. I was taking my family to a trip to Orlando and our air condition went out of service. They were able to squeeze me in without an appointment, they troubleshoot the problem less than 30 minutes recommended a restaurant across the street. got my family back on the road to continue our vacation, and the price was fair. Thanks again for such great service and experience.

When needing the AC in my car to be looked at and upon reading reviews I decided to call AAA&C spoke with Jennifer and was able to set up an appointment for my car to be looked at in a timely manner. She was very accommodating and professional. When she called me to discuss what needed to be done it was given to me clear about timeframe for repairs/costs and also an explanation on why these things needed to be done on my car. As promised my car was complete and the AC was beautiful. I found my entire experience with this business to be a pleasure and I would 100% recommend them for an honest hardworking business who really care about the customer and not the $$$

Really appreciate this good business. Their mechanic resolved my air conditioner in a timely manner even with an older vehicle. The work is guaranteed and they took great care to be upfront with costs and concerns. Highly recommended!

I just moved to Florida from New York this winter and my A/C never worked on my 2008 GMC Yukon Denali, In New York I never cared much for A/C so it not working didn't bother me. It was a different story for me here in Florida. After much research I decided to give "Affordable Auto Air & Care" a try, boy was blown away ! Superior customer service skills, prompt diagnosing and information relaying on what was wrong and needed to get done to fix my issue. Along with that the price was amazing ! I have been in the automotive field for 13+ years as a manager for "Mavis Tire" & "Monro Automotive" and I must say my entire experience with this company far exceeded my expectations and will be recommending "Affordable Auto Air & Care" to absolutely everyone I know. My Ford expedition AC wouldn’t blow. Cold air brought it in and within two days was repaired works great price is very reasonable. Definitely recommend.
