We were interested in making an offer on another home without it being contingent on the sale of our current one and wondered what would be the maximum amount we would qualify for. I left a message with Tiffany at Abbey Mortgage and Derek promptly returned my call. After asking a few basic questions, he was able to do a quick credit check and come up with a pre-qualifying letter for us. After we bought a home, Derek was in communication with us sometimes twice a day by phone, email or text to keep us in the loop as to what documents would be needed to process our loan, and where we were in that process. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and professional--he knows his "stuff"--yet very approachable and friendly. This man is at the top of his game! I would highly recommend Derek at Abbey Mortgage to anyone looking to finance a home purchase. He made our home buying experience a very positive one!
