Too new of a location to be that filthy, especially the bathrooms.
Walked up to checkout where 2 employees just stared at us and didn't say a word or try to check us out, and another 2 walked around. Finally my husband sees the self checkout in the corner and says "don't worry about it, we got it...." I get it i guess, it's christmas and you might not feel like doing your job. Maybe... quit?

I went and got a burger for lunch. Spent almost 7 bux on it. I bite it and it's rock hard and taste horrible . They put a new bun a peice if cheese but the burger is super old . I check the time they supposedly made it and it said 12:10 . I showed up at about 12:20. It's dry and and crusty and dosnt even look like an actual burger . The edges are discolored and redish. Discussing place. Don't waste your money .

Terrible experience. Disrespectful employees. 7/7/24 @3pm. 2 young female employees. Hostile and rude. Contradicting 7-11 mission statement. Am reporting the store to corporate as we speak.

The manager is incredibly racist. She told me and another colored woman to leave their bags at the front, yet a white woman walked in and was not harassed. Cops were in there for an unrelated incident, and she forced the cops to come stand by her while she harassed me about my bag while she stood less than a foot away from me practically spitting in my face. I had JUST walked in and went straight to the slurpee machine. So don't go there if you're colored. You will get harassed, profiled, and called a thief. It's shocking that it's 2024 and we are still dealing with racism.

I love coming to this location because the workers are awesome and very kind and understanding I had a stroke and get lost on a regular basis and they helped me time and time again peace and love and God bless

I have avoided this gas station for a while but 2 out of 3 times their pumps just didn’t work. First time no bag on the pump and sat in line for 10 mins before a 3 hour drive to be told “oh that pump don’t work, who’s next”. Then the next time the pump gave me $0.91 instead of my $40 I got. The worker even said nicely “I hope it works for ya but if not it’ll only charge what it pumps and rest will go on ya card”. The tacos are decent from here and I don’t really mind the ghetto workers cause they decent most the time but it’s a gas station. Why tf y’all’s pumps never work maaane.

Store is very poorly managed. Floors and counter tops extremely dirty. Bathrooms are disgusting. Customer service is definitely not the majority of the clerks top priority. For being such a new store you would expect more. It's taken a huge downturn the last few months.

Very poor customer service. Waiting 5 minutes plus at the Laredo counter before I gave up. There was no one there. I asked the front cashier if it was closed and she said the person was on "break". Meanwhile another person that was working the floor saw me but did not acknowledge me.Also the Laredo side had very few eggs and the eggs that were there looked putrid

Came in around 10 PM grab what I was grabbing went to the counter. The young lady decided to walk away from the counter to look out. The door told me she would be right with me and the proceeded to walk off and forget about me for the next five minutes I am leaving my stuff on the counter and walked out sad this is how you lose business.

It’s a shame a relatively new store could fall so fast. Bathrooms are dirty every time we stop here and something is broke, water soap dispenser etc. Hot case is usually empty aside from a few old egg rolls or something. Corporate needs to review how this place is being ran.

This location is one of the better ones. Bathrooms are clean and service is great. Laredo taco inside is. Ok. My breakfast burrito was a little bland. All in all, not bad for a gas station.

We had to go back to other store, they stopped making fresh brewed sweet an un sweet tea. The worst thing is I drive 30 minutes and use the ladies restroom Water has been broken for over a month...cannot wash hands.Are you ever going to fix the hand washing sinks??
