Staff is horrible, want 20 minutes to be served while employees hid in the back. Also place is nasty, trash everywhere inside and out.

Waited for close to 7 minutes at the register for help. When the lady finally came she disregarded me and helped the lady waiting behind me. Lady tried to say something to her but she continued to ask her what kind of cigarettes she wanted. 100% unprofessional.

NEITHER of the stalls in the women's restroom were working. There was no signage on the door or stalls indicating this either. One toilet was clogged and the other wouldn't stop flushing. When I told an employee, she told me one of the toilets had been down the entire two months she's been working here. This is unacceptable for both employees and customers to deal with. The staff I talked to were so kind and understanding, they deserve to have working restrooms in this facility.

i went there to get a diet dr pepper and it was 2 for $4 with taxes comes out to be $4.28 i gave the girl $4.50 but she never gave me my change back. then when i was standing there waiting for my change she was looking at me like i was dumb and yes it was only .22c but if they do this to many people that adds up. so i will not go back to a place that rips you off even if it's on my way to where i'm going i'll just stop somewhere before this place

Never have I ever felt discriminated before at a gas station. I have been left confused on their actions they have performed. I paid for gas cash. I asked for 30 gave them forty. They gave me 9$ in ones and quarters. I come back in make purchase and get my change all quarters.
The guy after me got change back big bill and singles.
I thought perhaps they are low on singles and just diving them out sparingly.
Went back to car to grab my wallet because I have like 30 or 40 singles on me let me help them out. Go back in and offer to exchange the singles for bigger bills to help them out. They said they don't need it. Then asked if could exchange these quarters for singles. Said they couldnt do it.
What..? Why..?

Just stopped at this store.. making a purchase and tried to cash in lottery tickets to buy more.. nobody in line or waiting.. clerk straight said he had done so many of these today.. blah blah.. said he was going to get someone else to do them.. still nobody in line but us.. he left the register and went through the store.. picked up my tickets and walked out.

I was informed that because I carry a purse I was not allowed to walk into the store. That is every woman on the planet. This is discrimination and harassment. Rot in hell. I'm not coming back.

I spend close to 200.00 a week at this store via Uber..they constantly screw up my orders.i try to call,to no avail..these employees need to pay attention to there customers,if ur out of something,take it off ur Uber menu..at least 3 times a week I have to get a refund.this is completely INSANE.ANSWER ur need to answer ur freaking phone ppl

Stop making the card machine easily mistake presses for 'other' cash back.It's a form of fraud and if reported can lead to closure of the stores.

Customer service is horrible and whatever you do DO NOT GO DURING SHIFT CHANGE ??♀️ I have no problem being patient I also work in customer service/w people so I get it (people are rude/short staffing blah blah) BUT It's imperative that the employees and managers on duty show some kind of urgency, courtesy and kindness in doing so to their patrons. I promise kindness goes A LONG WAY. And lastly PLEASE encourage your staff NOT TO SWEEP register area when crowded with people. Poor timing and it's simply rude.

Don't stop here. We are visiting from out of state, and this place was a bust and did not meet our needs. We needed beverages and a bathroom. The beverage selection was low, and both the men's room and ladies' room were out of order. The clerk was unconcerned of our needd and is not a place for tourists.

I went through the automatic car wash. I did the touch free auto spray. That cost $12 and I am going to post pictures, If this allows me to. To show how dirty it still is. I am not happy, and in the morning, I will be calling the store and expecting a refund.

Staff needs serious coaching on customer service. Came here 02/01/2024 @11 pm and the boy running the floor has poor customer service skills. Bathrooms have locks so have to wait for him. He saw 2 people were waiting and seemed no sense of urgency. People needing a bathroom is urgent I have medical conditions. I politely told him this and was told "I'm helping other people go pee somewhere else next time". I will. Won't step foot in a 7/11 again thanks to this little boy.
