I went to Obrian post office yesterday to get a $700.00 dollar money order. The clerk charges me for one, then said it didn't go through to swipe my card again. I did as she said. She gave me my money order. When I got back to Georgia I checked my account, both transactions were did go through. That lady stole $703.00 from me. Tried contacting post office, no way to contact postal service. She should be fired.

O'Brien USPS says they can't deliver to me but why do they deliver neighbors mail to me?
Edit....talked with Amanda at P.O. and now all is good, we get mail and Amazon deliveries thru USPS.

Zero stars. They suck so bad. Never have our packages delivered even got a parcel box at thr end of thr driveway liek they said and they still dont bring packages.

I am so sick of this post office, I’ve literally watched the mail carrier fly by my mailbox when I was waiting for a very important delivery! I have the delivery app and it shows me what mail is supposed to be delivered! They should be held accountable.

This post office has the worst customer service and care possible. Can’t keep mail carriers and the ones they have are lazy. I literally watched the mail lady drop mail in the box, but left a sorry we missed you slip, went behind her and asked why she didn’t try to deliver and could I get my package and she responded she didn’t even have it and was told not to go down our road. When every other carrier has. Not to mention the hours of operation aren’t even feasible for working citizens to come in and pick up their packages! Ugh so over this crap!

I would give 0 stars if it would let me.
It’s so sad that my children can’t get their birthday or Christmas gifts because this post office has such crap service. when you call and speak with the post master she is so rude and disrespectful! has no problem telling you she has no boss to answer too. will call you a liar when you’re trying to explain that you’re missing mail or packages. My child’s soccer photos were delivered to a very nice woman who doesn’t even live on the same street as me!! she was nice enough to bring them to my door and she said she has the same problems with this post office. Something needs to be done about this! people shouldn’t have to be worried that they won’t get their packages that they spent their hard earned money on!!! when usps is over the delivery.

I wish it was possible to leave a -10 review, because I would. Must be the worst post office and mail carriers in the universe. Can't get packages delivered. Get these bogus updates driveway/front door not accessible???? Now another magical update today. Customer requests pick up at location. That's just a damn lie.

This new bunch of mail carriers are the worst ever work at the O'Brien Florida post office. Delivered my package to a different location and then couldn't retrieve it. They say that they can't deliver down my path, but can drive in the ditch to mail boxes. I am always thankful knowing my packages are being delivered by FedEx or UPS but cringe when I find out that my package has been passed over to the post office. So over it. I am going to get a PO box. Hopefully this will take my worries away concerning my mail.

They must source their substitute mail carriers from the nearest zoo's chimpanzee enclosure... but honestly that would be an insult to the chimps because they'd probably do a better job! When subs are on the job, we CONSTANTLY get neighbors' mail (do they get ours??), our parcels mysteriously become "undeliverable" even though we're home and other mail gets delivered that same day, or parcels too big to fit in our mailbox magically STILL get stuffed in there (sometimes with it hanging out in the elements with the door wide open). We NEVER have these issues with our regular mail carrier! Come on Postmaster, WE EXPECT BETTER, SO DO BETTER!!

The absolute worst post office I have ever had to deal with. I have once again had an order held up AT THEIR FACILITY and not going to be delivered on time. I even went to the post office and got nowhere. The tracker indicates it is there. Staff couldn't even be bothered to look. This is the fourth time I've ordered something where the delivery date gets changed once it arrives at the O'Brien Post Office. One time I ordered a dog cage and on the day it was supposed to be delivered, I received I notice from the seller that they were notified by the post office that it couldn't be delivered due to no secure location to leave it. Since I was home the entire time and I live on a dead-end road, I couldn't understand how that wasn't secure. I went to the post office and was told first that they didn't have my package. I returned home and made a complaint with the Post Master General, then the post office called and said they had it after all. When I returned to pick it up, they admitted the driver didn't want to take it that day because it was heavy and she already had several heavy packages. Well, not to sound insensitive, but that's her job. If she can't do it, get a different job. They are just ridiculous.

Not sure why I can't get mail delivered; my address is 4 years old! Every time I call the office about packages and mail missing, I am told my regular driver was on vacation and it will get delivered. Last week, my packages were thrown into someone else's yard. What seems to be the problem and why can't it be fixed?
