I highly recommend Suwannee oaks animal clinic. They have the most caring, supportive, accommodating staff. Last Thursday my 14 year old dog took a turn for the worst. I called every vet around live oak and lake city to have her seen so I could make the tough decision if I needed to put her to sleep. I called Suwannee oaks and told them my situation, they were very understanding and accommodating. They fit me in at 2pm. When I arrived they took us back quickly, the vet and tech were so gentle with my sweet girl. The vet, she was a straight shooter, she didn't want to put my baby through alot of testing and right away explained that my fur baby's body was shutting down. I made the tough decision to lay her to rest. The staff was very compassionate, allowed us time to say our goodbyes and then gently put her to sleep with me by her side. These kind ladies showed so much compassion to our family during this difficult time. I will never take my animals anywhere else. Thank you for making this experience alittle less difficult.

The whole staff is incredible!! As well as are the Vet's!! My dog Honey is very nervous and they made her feel very comfortable. We will definitely be coming back.

What a great Vet. these guys are, caring, compassionate, and accommodating in short notice. I can't say enough good things about the entire staff, and I don't know how they maintain when it can get hectic at times. I try to show my appreciation every trip, and hope your visit is equally pleasant.

The staff were very kind and attentive with our pet. The whole process was very easy, and the wait time to be seen for our appointment was not a long one. Can't wait to take our Honey back for her checkup!

We take our chihuahua to this place for her skin allergy and to get her nails trimmed. They are so friendly and they truly love animals.

This animal hospital was recommended by a co-worker of my wife. I had been visiting Addison Animal Hospital. However, we were looking for better care for our pack. I believe we have found better care. Suwannee Oaks stays pretty busy. At some points, you can get lost in the shuffle. However, you just have to make sure to be signed in and wait with your pack members. This makes my fourth visit, and I am still satisfied with the care my pack is receiving. We have an older member necessitating the multiple visits. However, my old lady of the pack is steadily getting better. Only, thing that would make it better is if they offered equine care. We have a few of those, too. So far, I am satisfied with the care my pack is receiving.

My first and only experience with staff as well as services was excellently and professionally managed by everyone who attended my needs to have my precious angelic "BABY", (4 POUNDS OF PURE LOVE) CREMATED. Although it was the most devastating experience I have had to deal with unexpectedly, I am the comfort of knowing my fur "BABY";was cared for in a compassionate professional manner of which has caused me to have memories of releasing my precious one to their care for her final steps of our separation on this Earth. She has crossed that RAINBOW BRIDGE that one day I, too will cross happily knowing she will be there waiting for me. We will sing in the sunshine and laugh everyday knowing that there is no more sorrow or pain in that glorious eternal life. Most sincerely I thank each and every person involved with the care of my precious fur "BABY", as well as me through the most difficult days I've encountered in many many years.EMMANUEL

We've been going here for the last 2 decades and there isn't any other place that we'd go to for our pets. We've had to put down a few of our fur babies over the years (old age, cancer, etc.) and they've always shown nothing but the ultimate compassion. We honestly only trust them to take care of our pets because we've gone to other animal clinics and hospitals before and it just wasn't the same level of care and guidance. 100% recommend.

These people are absolutely wonderful. First off, they saved my little guys life. Then the follow up care was wonderful. Took him back for all his shots and even took my other 2 dogs for their yearly care and check ups. Everyone from the receptionist all the way to the back, tech and doctor, have been amazing. Thank you all for everything, especially saving my little Whiskey boy. ?
