We had a fantastic experience at Palm Casual choosing a new patio set. Lauren was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, answering all our questions without being pushy. We can't wait for our delivery and will definitely recommend Lauren and this store to anyone looking for patio furniture

DO NOT BIY FURNITURE HERE. We spent 7,500$ on outdoor furniture all of the cushions are tearing. We have a lifetime warranty I've called 5 times to replace the cushion and not one has been replaced. I'm so upset that we spent all this money to ensure we had this warranty and they won't fix one torn Cushion . All the tears are in the seems as shown in picture . The glass on the table also shattered I have a video showing no one was near it when it happened . I truly think the furniture here is poor quality .

We purchased our lanai furniture from Palm Casual and are extremely happy. Our salesperson, Todd, was great and very patient with us as we chose our furniture and cushion fabric & colors. The delivery guys were also great. 10/10 recommend the products and people at Palm Casual!!

Great selection, great service, great warranty, great prices! Ronnie was patient, informative, and helpful. Our home is under construction, so he is scheduling production once we have a move in date. Don't look elsewhere until you check out their store! You will be as pleased as we are!

We purchased our PVC furniture about 10 years ago at the Palm Casual location in Orlando and recalled that we could have the cushions restuffed at no charge. Since moving to the Villages, we thought that the cushions would benefit from being restuffed. We also noticed that the stitching on the backing material used to support the cushions on two of the PVC chairs was just starting to come apart. We took the cushions and chairs to the Oakland location that is near the Villages and met a friendly staff who said they were happy to help. They fixed everything, and also mentioned that since they deliver to The Villages that they would drop them off at our home when completed… No need for a trip for us to pick them up, and all at no charge! We are grateful for the exceptional service!

The funiture is excellent. If that is all that matters to you, then 5 stars. If you're reading on, and wondering why 1 star from me, then be prepared for a really bad overall experience. Once you pay the entire total of your order, no 1/2 now 1/2 when delivery ($$$ THOUSANDS), after you've left the store, you start thinking everything will work out, but something just feels wrong. In 2023, after you pay the full balance of your order, you will sit and wonder, it will take MONTHS? They said their factory is in Apopka? They are the largest maker of cushions? Ok, for quality funiture, you will accept the long lead times - although you will strain to understand that. Our first order didn't go smoothly. Our first order was late, and a scramble. Not only did our order take the full amount of time to create, but it took additional time after. Like an idiot, because we loved the actual funiture (it is THAT GOOD), we ordered another patio table a few months later, and once again, paid the entire balance. So today, after being told to not worry, and that things will be delivered on time, we are once again in deja vu territory. NO END TABLE WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE DELIVERED. So what gives? Great funiture, great customer service right up to when your credit card is charged. If you call to check on things during the months long manufacture process, they will be a little miffed that you even called - because they have PROMISED you, and you should be happy! My guess is they have a terrible suite of manufacturing software and have no real control over how things are actually made. Great funiture, everything else, terrible.

It was our first time buying outdoor furniture after moving to Florida. They were very patient with us. So many choices in styles and fabric. Great that the furniture is aluminum. Light and will not rust. We were very happy with the whole experience. Great customer service. Highly recommend them.

Very good furniture. Good service from staff as well. Nice feature with the patio furniture we bought, we were able to get the seating material replaced.
