Walgreens has a 24 hours open store on palmetto and 441 . And you can buy all household items abd food and always 4 double role of bounty paper towels which is 8 rolls at the sale price off $8.99 and but one get one free on all coke and Pepsi 2 at bottles. Purchased a $200 Visa debit gift card at this location. On January 9th 2024. card was used the next morning at 5 AM. At a different Walgreens location and cleaned up the entire $200 balance. I'm getting no help from the store I'm getting 0 help from the vanilla. Issuing company of the card and after filing BSO police report was told there is little to no chance of finding perpetrator's. do not ever buy gift cards at walbrings.

This review is for UM Health Care located inside of this Walgreen’s location:If able, ZERO STARS would be given.An appointment was made and basic information was provided; name, address, insurance info. etc....I was provided a time and showed up as requested, 10 minutes prior.No one was there to greet me.A pharmacy employee advised to sign in on a computer located to the side, with no signage.30 minutes after my arrival a patient exited. After another 5 minutes, I was still not greeted and made my way to the office door and inquired.I was told I didn't have an appointment first, then was told that my insurance was not accepted.At that time I was dismissed, very unprofessionally.Had the appointment website been properly set up, I would have known prior to confirming my appointment, that my insurance was not accepted and not have wasted my time.Walgreen's uses my insurance, so why would it be questioned that the clinic inside would not.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.I will never consider UM Health Care anytime in the future.I felt so disrespected, that I may not continue to use Walgreen's in the future either.Again, ZERO STARS if available......It should be noted that the Walgreen’s Pharmacy staff were very helpful, even though they are not associated with UMHC.

Nasty people at the pharmacy. Kelly is rude and should get a different job with her attitude. I'm leaving this store and not getting my scripts filled here anymore as of the end of the month. The turn over and rude kids they hire is unbelievable. If I could I would not give them 1 star. Hate this store and I will not deal with this store anymore. I'm going to CVS where I'm treated as a human being. Never have I ever had a problem until kelly. They make you wait as they talk and ignore all customers. Horrible customer service. When I told Kelly I was leaving this pharmacy she said GOOD LEAVE. THATS A HORRIBLE PERSON who doesn't care about people.

The pharmacy is horrible. Kelly is one of the pharmacy people who has an attitude that is very terrible. I will be taking my scripts elsewhere after the end of this month May 2023. I'm going to CVS where I am treated like a human being and where the people are nice and professional. If you have multiple medications don't go here, this pharmacy is terrible and as stated the people are unprofessional and rude. Waiting to pick up a script is a half hour or more standing in line. So slow and the turn over at this pharmacy is incredible, they can't keep good help because of the attitude. Walgreens is not the pharmacy for me anymore, so tired of issues and attitude here. If I could I would not give one star, really zero stars for this pharmacy.
