I don't understand why you get a better price to order online for pickup and have someone else gather my items then just shopping myself.
There was a 15% discount over $30 and 20% over $50. I ordered over 50 but an item wasn't in stock (I chose no replacement) so my total dropped below 50 and I got no discount at all. I didn't notice until after I left

I have scheduled 5 vaccines to be done 10 minutes apart and while doing the appointment check in by using their QR code I walked to counter and I said I have two appointments but I was completing the registration for the 4th and 5th vaccine the pharmacist asked me once again if I registered already and if I had an appointment and I responded that I already said I had two appointments but then she started giving me attitude and decided to walk away and leave me unattended. Later I heard that she was asking someone else that was filling up prescriptions to help me but she didn’t bother to come either or to look over to me. Finally an assistant o manager walked to the pharmacy and started helping me but even before started he asked her if she was helping me and she told him NO being arrogant. If this person can’t work with people or are prejudiced against Latin people or any nationality then shouldn’t work where she’s at.

Pharmacy is a disgrace! Since when did pharmacists become your doctor? What makes them think they can dictate what medications YOUR DOCTOR prescribes you?!? outrageous. Was transfered to this location because my prior location closed down. This place has been nothing but an absolute nightmare for not only me but every other patient of my doctors who was switched this this location after our main location closed

Terrible location. The cashier was unable to scan the bag of Spicy Nacho Doritos, so told me to wait for the manager. The manager came, saw the bag and was like “yeah the spicy nacho ones don’t scan” and told me to go and grab another flavor so she could scan that instead.
She clearly knew the problem existed. Why be a manager if you can’t resolve such small issues.

Terrible Walgreens. Staff not professional, very slow, very unaware of the environment and the people in line. Items not stocked, a lot of missing items and frankly I'm hoping for another store to appear in this block. Maybe CVS.

This post is being made more for a particular employee than the store. I had been to a nearby walgreens to get a picture put on canvas as a Christmas gift, after 3 days of being told my canvas was ready to find out it wasn't, I was told it could not be made at all due to, not having what was needed. I went to this walgreens on oakland and prospect where I met the employee by the name of Grand. He went above and beyond helping me improve the canvas photo via the kiosk. Helped me crop the photo in such away on my own phone that it made the photo fit the canvas perfect for framing. This man spent at least an hour and a half helping me, the whole time apologizing for the amount of time it was taking. But after a week of struggles, he helped me walk out the store same night with a much better product than I knew how to produce. I appreciated Grand so much that I decided to leave this review in hopes that he gets the credit he deserves. Thanks again Grand. Happy holidays

I was looking for a medication called Unisom, a sleeping aid. My hubby's grandma was driving down today to stay with us here in Fort Lauderdale from Augusta, GA. She needed some Unisom to help her sleep. What I discovered is that the active ingredient for Unisom geltabs is Diphenhydramine, whereas the active ingredient for Unisom tablets is Doxylamine, also a sleeping aid similar to Diphenhydramine. I have no idea why ingredients for the gel tabs are different from tablets.

Well i don't know what happened to this location. It's gone down hill really bad. Store and parking lot is very dirty. Employees barely speak. Manager doesn't even say hi to the customers. He looks at you. No smile nothing. They need to make major improvements at this location.
