The fact that she sets up her entire exam with your dog by operating on their level - the floor - was such a lightbulb moment. My dog hated going to the vet but she was so comfortable with Dr. Jesse after her first appointment. Your animal will be in loving & experienced hands!”

“I had to dogs that I need to surrender I had no where to take them to be able to keep them so I had to call around to get them to a shelter I called around no help I call animal aid and right away they said bring them in so I did and they were there with open arms this was the hardest thing I had to do cause I had them for years but they are in a better place now praying that they will get adopted to a family that can take care of the them and love them thanks for animal aid”

“This place is fantastic! Their prices are reasonable. We took 5 stray kittens that we had found to have them spayed & neutered. $90.00 for females and $75.00 for males. Very low cost compared to what our personal vet wanted to charge! The vet did a good job and the kittens all healed well from their surgeries.”

“Dr. Bergeron and Tiffany are everything and more than we could have asked for. My only regret is that we wish we would have found them sooner. We unfortunately were going to Heroes 8 years until I had an emergency. My dog was very sick, they told me to come in and turned me away. A good friend told us about Park Vet Hospital. Unfortunately they diagnosed our girl Zoey with Lymphoma that spread throughout her abdominal wall. We of course broke down. She's our daughter, not a pet. She was in so much pain until they put her on steroids and pain killers. We know Zoey's time is limited but today, Zoey was happy, smiling, with very little pain. At least we know we have some time until she lets us know it's time to move onThey were so loving, empathetic, caring and very thorough and educated. Working in the medical field, this really means the world to me. They treated us as I treat my patients. At least we know we have some time until she lets us know it's time to move on. This would have never happened without Dr. Bergeron and Tiffany. I love them for what they have done for Zoey, my husband Brian, and myself. I will recommend them to everyone I know that has a pet or plans on getting one. We will continue to visit them and consider them friends. I would never go to another vet ever again. “Phenomenal visit. From the receptionist to the vet tech to the vet herself, everyone was super caring and professional. My cat does NOT like being in a car, and was very nervous about going to the vet. Her claws were out of control, and she was very nervous. The nails got clipped, and her wonderful vet explained how to help her when traveling and everything else. My cat loves her Churu, and all is right with the world for my cat.”

You want a doctor who is supremely competent but also somebody who cares for your animals like they are part of their family as well. The compassion they exhibit for the animals is to the highest degree in the matter how many times I come here I see nothing, but this displayed by the talented people that work here towards the animals that they take care of. If you knew how to take care of your pet medically And you wanted somebody that cares about them just as much as you do and those were doing This is the place you’d be working.”
