We noticed a leak in our house this weekend. I called Tri-County and spoke to Gary. He came out on a Sunday to assess the cause of the leak. Gary was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in our situation. I appreciate that he came out quickly. I would highly recommend Tri-County All Restoration. Thank you Gary!

Gary from Tri-County All Restorations came out to the house to assess a potential mold issue below our kitchen sink. He is very thorough and knowledgeable and I appreciate how he operates with integrity. He directed me to hire The Mold Detective to have the air and mold tested before proceeding. Gary followed up with us on the mold report to say that the air quality was clean and the mold could be treated with a Clorox solution. We were so thankful that we didn’t have to rip out our whole kitchen! Thank you, Gary for your diligence and honesty.

I would just like yo say that Tri County All Restorations did an excellent job of cleaning up my water mess from a broken pipe. They came immediately and got to work right away. They were there every day working from morning until evening until the job was complete. They were polite and Cooperative. I highly recommend them.

Gary was responsive, courteous and professional. I made a general inquiry through Yelp and Gary responded almost right away. He came to my house and assessed the issue and while it was not something he recommended he help with he gave me details on how to correct the problem. He was honest and forthright and I'd recommend getting in touch if you have any mold issues.

Superb customer service from all employees: polite; respectful of us and whilst inside our home; very careful to avoid bumping into wall, furniture, and belongings; minimized their equipment’s space affects on our living spaces, ARRIVED FOR EACH APPOINTMENT ON TIME; clearly stated the steps, procedures, and details for each type of work performed; and, were extremely patient with our questions to ensure that we were fully informed. Strongly recommend this company.

When I suspected mold in my home I was panicking.
I called Tri County All Restorations.
Gary came out, examined my place and confirmed my suspicions.
This would have been a nightmare to experience if not for Gary and his team .
They did the most Thorough job imaginable. Explaining step by step procedures . I was always kept informed
When Gary finished my air was retested there were zero mold spores .. what a relief.
No more mold on my clothes ., yes I SAW the mold . Yuk
And then...a month later a flood in my condo from my A/C. It happened on a Friday..I didn't see it until Saturday. I immediately called Gary. He stopped what he was doing and rushed over to my condo.
He checked to see if there was water under my flooring. That would mean mold again.
Yes water seeped under my flooring. The flooring was lifted fans and heaters were used to dry the water out.
Gary came over everyday to check it. He caught it in time ..no mold.
I’m so grateful for Gary and Tri County All Restorations
If you suspect mold there is only one person to call .. GARY
