I have purchased a few kitchens from them and I have always had a great experience. You definitely need to check your measurement a few times prior to ordering and make sure you have a good installer. I will be using them again and I would recommend them.

This is my second kitchen from torrente but my first experience with the Oakland park branch. So we had a kitchen planned from scratch. They did all the measuring and planning so we figured it would be a perfect fit. I paid for assembly but they could only get the lowers assembled. Upon pickup there was no one there to help me load, so I had to leave and get some help than return. We hired an installer, as they were booked, and he ran into a problem right away. The base cabinet did not fit. We called and they wouldn’t return base cabinet because it was built already(by them). So we had to modify and they did provide with new doors. Then we finish install and put in stove and had a drawer and door that wouldn’t open. Call them they come remeasure say they (Leo)messed up measurements. Yasmine said she would see what she could do. Well they called back and said they would not help us, only if we wanted to purchase other cabinets. I asked if they could just provide new doors and they said no. What business would do that to a customer that already paid 4000 for cabinets, had to hire a guy to modify existing cabinets because measurements were wrong, and only wanted a solution! They had me pay 150 for another small cabinet, which probably cost them 50 at most. Now our dream kitchen was a nightmare and is off balance and not functioning the proper way. So originally I was going to use them for the countertops or at least buy the slab from them. But I wouldn’t give them another dollar! Thanks another place that treats customers like they mean nothing! Photos provided!

Most unprofessional group of people ordered cabinets since Nov 22nd was promised 3 days delivery today is 27th of December still haven't received my cabinets lost a great customer.

Unfortunately one bad employee bring bad reputation to business. Magy was the absolute worst person to deal with. She have no manners and lier. Lied to me about everything from the beginning to the end. It took me 9 months to get only one kitchen cabinets. The absolute worst.Answering your reply: yes she do work for you. She runs the oklandpark store. I tried to call everyone to get my order for 9 months and no one wanted to deal with it when they know magy is my sales person!

I purchased 4 cabinets from this company. A simpler order u couldn't have. 2 (36") base and 2(12") base. Little did l know. Upon assembly 3 out of the 4 cabinets were badly mismanufactured. Dowel holes not lined up so that pieces fit together. Cross members not lined up to match the cabinet next to it. Ragged finish chipping away upon touch. Misaligned screw holes for the doors and drawers hardware. All this would be bad enough but when l called and spoke to Leo about these issues, his first response was to tell me that l could rebuild the cabinet properly because that's what his guys did in the warehouse. I asked if that was part of the deal when l purchased the cabinets at full price. He said that since the cabinets had been sitting in the store waiting for pick up for so long, they weren't responsible. I had the cabs in my possession for 7 days before making the discovery of all these defects. I was an installer and have dealt with every level of quality imaginable. Never seen pre assembled parts of such poor quality. But far worse was to deal with people who wouldn't stand behind the product they were sending out the door...and who expected me to do the "fix" in the field. I can see by some of the other reviews, that people have had similar experiences. Needless to say, this is the last place l would ever go to buy cabinets or anything else they're offering.

We bought kitchen and bath sets from Torrente Kitchen in Oakland Park. The staff is very friendly. Marlene is attentive, polite and considerate. Her advice and professionalism helped us a lot. We love our remodeled condo with new kitchen and bath cabinets. We referred few friends there, and they were very pleased too. Thank you, Torrente!

When I picked Torrente Kitchen and Bath – I did it because their Oakland Park location was very close to my remodel project. They offered me a 70% discount on their retail pricing just by being in construction – little I knew at this point that I will regret every single dollar that I “saved”. First, they don’t deliver the cabinets as every furniture store does – they don’t even provide a paid option, but they never told me until the day when I was expecting the cabinets. After back and forth with them they were able to find one of their regular installers to make a paid delivery to my place. The real problems started when one of the side panels (48 x 96”) arrived damaged: it took 4 weeks to get this panel replaced and I got a run-around for all the time (countless phone calls, visits and text messages). Finally, their “owner” delivered personally and I made him check on the replacement…it was damaged again!!! At this time I was already worn out by their empty promises – so I reworked the damaged panel and could finally finish the kitchen install.
