Bad experience in this store. I went to get a new screen protector put on my phone because I'm paying for insurance. The young man who served me was very arrogant. He had air left and I told him and he responded in an arrogant manner and several times asking where he had air. Like one was lying to him when it was noticeable on the shore, he even placed the protector wrongThe protector.

I am very happy I went to this T-Mobile. I had been trying for months to resolve my phone issue and JULIO was very helpful and got it done! It was refreshing to find someone dedicated to customer care. Highly recommend seeing him for any and all of your service needs!!!!

Came into the store with a pretty unique situation and despite telephone customer service being unwilling to help. Jose and Steve moved mountains to get me a phone the same day. I can’t express how grateful I am to the staff at this location and will never forget how amazing they were to me. Thank you!

Came here at 8pm for a replacement phone. Despite the sign and online times stating a 9pm close time, the doors were locked, gates were partially shuttered and the staff was in the back. Nobody bothered to come to the door when anyone knocked.

Every time I come into the store everyone has been very kind and professional. Special recognition goes to Gustavo, who went the extra mile to ease my transition from another carrier to T-Mobile. He is truly a rarity and goes above the amazing standard your customer service has set. He is the reason I will be loyal to T-Mobile for the rest of my life.

Tuesday, Before I went to this location a T mobile supervisor called the store for availability on a phone with no one answering, I called multiple times on my way there (hour drive) with no answer, I get there, one on her personal phone then another employee comes from outside in but on his personal cell phone until a customer came in, and one was with a costumer . Today a t mobile rep called to see if I can return my ipad there and no one answered the phone!! Convenient customer service sucks!! They didn’t even seem interested in helping me.NO WORRIES I SWITCHED CARRIERS

During the transaction, Chris not only signed my client up for additional accessory add-ons without her knowledge or consent but also promised her a free watch as part of a supposed ongoing promotion. My client was under the impression that the watch would be provided at no additional cost, only to later discover that she was being billed monthly for the full price of the watch.Furthermore, upon leaving the store and later inquiring about the arrival of the promised watch, my client was informed by the same sales representative that the promotion had not even commenced and that she would not be receiving the watch as promised. This blatant misrepresentation and deceitful behavior have caused significant distress and financial burden to my client.It's worth noting that the entire transaction was captured on the store's audio and visual surveillance systems, which can corroborate my client's claims.Such unethical practices not only tarnish the reputation of T-Mobile but also breach the trust that consumers place in your brand. Our family’s experience with T-Mobile in general lately has been poor after 17 years with the company but after going to 3 Different locations looking for a specific phone that we were offered on a promotion, the rep we had at this location decided not to read thru the notes of promotions we were offered (after countless phone calls and countless stops at other stores) and sold us a phone under false pretenses. it was a Complete waste of our time and after all that we have to return the phone because they were lazy and ignorant . They couldn’t take 5-10 min to read the notes..:

Last week I visited the store a gentleman by the name of Tory assisted me now I'm a 75 yr old woman and I can't explain what a pleasant kind and patient person he is was he took his time in explaining certain details about my phone at the same time he was multi-tasking helping other associates.
