The experience that I had at this place is highly unprofessional and very biased. When you’re getting services done and you explain to them how you want your nails they shouldn’t get upset or agitated or make a comment stating that you’re picky when you’re paying for something that you want ! It shouldn’t be what Nail Tech wants. Mind you all I came in there for was a simple fill with a French an a pedicure! All I did was make a request to the guy was that I wanted a square shape not narrow as he began filing the nails an he said something to the lady next to him in mandarin an gave a look. If you feel like you are not able to complete the services the customer wants or make a customer feel satisfied , you should deny services right then before taking them or have a suitable tech that can do the job take over, not waste the customers time or make them feel uncomfortable or deny services after the fact you started. The fact that they’re speaking in another language amongst each other in mandarin giving off negative attitude doesn’t make it better for the customers to feel comfortable as well. The lady in the front sitting next to Leo is very rude a nasty she will yell at you in front of other customers not caring how that makes the business looks if you speak up for yourself as she did with me. I will also be making a review on TikTok. Mind how you treat people because you don’t know who they are and how it can affect your business!

Never again. I now go 1mile away at Lovely Nail(next to Rainbow) in Publix shopping plaza. Wed morning not too many (1130am) I went to get eyelashes, waited at least 15min. When she came she recognized me from last time, I didn't see the same eyelashes that I like:( She said these are the ones?! 1/2 way through I asked to see a mirror and didn't like them(I hate having to wear eyelashes for 3 weeks that I HATE ANYWAYS I knew I would like them and (I would be fine with paying for her time) I said do the next girl waiting so she doesn't have to wait, and please let me try these thicker ones,and she NEVER CAME BACK??! I got up finally and she was doing someone nails Whatever I'm sorry I didn't love those eyelashes but I was very nice and kind and... anyways thank goodness I know about Lovely Nail:) Took 2min went there. Never again will I spend my money there and I'm a very good tipper +$10 Thanks for reading, very rude and makes the customer feel bad about a service .

I was extremely disappointed with my service at Star Nails. I was on vacation and was REALLY looking forward to my mani and pedi! My pedicure service was under 15 mins and my mani had large chips on 3 fingers by 8pm. And not neven 48 hrs later, they were all chipped, which I had only gotten the evening prior. I believe I was done at about 530 6pm the evening before. I don't ever want to leave a bad review. But I felt the need to be transparent and honest with my experience when I received a notification on my phone to write a review

Great Gel manicure! I walked in without an appointment and they had availability for me right away. The people were friendly and the nails turned out great. The place was clean and there was music playing on the tvs. They had a good sized waiting area for other walk ins too. $30 for my service. Would recommend.

This place is terrible, is over priced and my nails came out looking worst than when they started. I asked the technician to please remove the nails as they were terrible looking and they still charge me 55 dollars. What a waist of my time and money.

I visited in May 2023 and came for a pedicure and a short full set before my trip to Hawaii. As a woman started giving me a pedicure, a man pulled up on the side and started doing my nails at the same time. He glued 5 artificial nails to my nail bed and stopped after i asked a question about the different pedicure treatments. They gave me a menu/price list for the different types of pedicures they offered. There were several different options we could choose from. I wanted the most expensive option that included a glass of wine with other individualized services. I was mostly interested in the extra callus treatment. I asked a question about the difference between two of the services and the guy who was doing my nails got extremely offended for some reason. He began arguing with me about the two different pedicure prices and told me that the callus treatment was included in every pedicure. I explained that I understood what he was saying, I was just asking them what the difference was between the 2 different pedicure services. He proceeded to stop doing my nails and said if I don't like how they do nails, he won't do my nails?! I looked around the shop to see if a manager or another worker would intervene and tell him he was being unreasonable, but nobody said a word! He removed the 5 artificial nails from my hand and walked away! He lacked basic communication and comprehension skills and had zero professionalism. I finished getting my pedicure by the woman, and had to drive to another place at the last minute to get my nails done smh. Terrible place.

I always come here , always do a good job! I don’t know the guys name he’s much younger, did my very simple manicure & it came out messy & dull! My 3 year old could’ve done better.
