Horrible place. People working at front desk where not snooty but just douche bags. Furniture so dated but if you like that 80s clunky over the top look go for it.

We recently purchased a beautiful bed set from Snooty Fox and had a fantastic experience. Troy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making it our second purchase from this amazing store. It has definitely become one of my favorite places to shop for exclusive furniture. I will stop by today to get small table as well. I must also mention that the delivery guys were absolutely fantastic. They provided a stress-free experience and ensured that everything was handled with utmost care. As someone with an OCD personality, I have high standards, and they exceeded them in every way. Highly recommended!

Both stores have the worst customer service. They posted an item that was already sold but told me it was available. I drove an hour to get the item and one store said to go to the other store to get it, we went there and the rude ass lady didn't even say good morning to us. Buyers beware!

I think the shop is probably pretty aptly named - snooty. This place is filled to the brim with furniture, lamps and chandeliers but aside from a variety of lamp styles it was all similar in style - large, ornate, dark, wooden, marble tops, lots of damask upholstery and leather - stately I guess you could say but it all blended together after a few minutes frankly. So many of the chandeliers were the same which was kinda curious. It's a great place if this is your style, everything was in very good to excellent condition though didn't find the prices very affordable considering it was all used. It's just not what I had in mind when looking for a consignment shop.

We have been looking for an oval and glass table for months. Very lucky we found this consignment store. They had the PERFECT table at a very fair price. Highly recommend!

Wow! Just bought a place in Florida and visited most consignment shops. This place, BY FAR, had the best selection. Troy made us feel at ease, even walking us to the larger store adjacent, where they had beautiful beds. We needed delivery in a very short period of time and he made it happen. This is a must stop if you are looking for high end pieces at reduced rates. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND ASK FOR TROY!

As huge new apt complex nearby and thinking about moving and always driving or walking by this place on walk to grocery store I stopped in. They could call this place "Snooty (another word)" as at the corner location a guy (the one who looks like he needs a better colorist) gave me a very disdainful look and actually sized me up TWICE (coming from gym and store but he looked at me like I was homeless). Snooty = 'showing disapproval or contempt toward others, especially those considered to belong to a lower social class') The ladies in the other larger store were joyful, friendly and delightful. Lots of great stuff, i.e., many things that appear are out of a chateau or a manor house or the à la Vienna (Freud) chaise longue- very nice top drawer stuff! I recognized same Versace pattern that I have a neck tie (from 1995). If I decide to move I will return and test the attitude temperature before buying

Wasn't a fan of the gentleman that owns the shop. He was a bit... well snooty. He followed us around as if we were thieves and we weren't allowed to touch anything. It's a shame because I wanted to purchase 2 items but I felt a bit uncomfortable.

Rock Subject: So Happy I LOVE It Message: It is very rare that I write a review because half the time there nothing good to say because for years I have been telling my friends that customer service is out the door LOL. But the Snooty Fox consignment in Florida was so excellent at customer service I just can't believe it when I say they show professionalism from the first time I called till all 5 pieces of my bedroom set was in its place in my bedroom can you say (HAPPY CAMPER), I live in Maryland so when I ask to see the items by facetime they was out in the hurricane go to the area where the bedroom set was kept so I could see it again (HAPPY CAMPER) paid in fill on a Wednesday bedroom set at my house on that Sunday say WHAT yes on that Sunday (HAPPY CAMPER). The two gentlemen that deliver my furniture triple hats off to you guys when I say so much professionalism it was off the chain thanks, thanks, thanks to you both y'all worked so hard at making sure I got and had everything, they put the bedroom set in the room just like I ask, no question asked y'all are the best. Loved everything the furniture the pricing and the best of all the customer service Very (HAPPY CAMPER). I be back for more
