I recently used Sals Towing to tow my wife’s car, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. The team was prompt, professional, and handled everything with care. They made a stressful situation much easier, and I highly recommend them for anyone in need of towing services!

Very nasty people at this tow company. Because my guy didn't want to give them his credit card info over the phone since he stated he'll pay the difference between the covered miles in cash. He was a few minutes from where the vehicle was located (vehicle was disabled) and the tow driver left. And then they tried to sabotage him getting another tow company by not canceling the tow. So he called Geico and told them exactly what was happening. They then sent a different company. They should be avoided because of their nasty tactics and Geico needs to drop them.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with any business. These people are nothing but unprofessional, unreliable, and completely dishonest. Clearly they have no idea what they’re doing. They wasted my time, gave me the runaround, and couldn’t care less about customer service. Don’t you ever use them. You’ll regret even picking up the phone to call. Stay far away from these scammers before they waste your time too!

I had been waiting for four hours for the AAA tow truck to show up, so I called Sal's Towing, and they showed up in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. They have been around for a long time for a reason.

Avoid this company if you can, but I understand if you're in a tough spot. We were stranded and desperate. They told us it would take an hour, and we patiently waited, only to find out they canceled without even contacting us. This was even after speaking to them directly on the phone. It’s just a really bad look. The silver lining is that we found a great tow company in the end. Very thankful for that.

I placed the request to Geico roadside assistance. They located Sal's Towing and after about 45 minute wait Geico called me to say that Sal's didn't have the equipment available. Looks like they had another customer who pays more than Geico. Just a gues.

We always tow our truck to Atlantic Auto because they have an arrangement with Steve and Ian. Today I Ran Out Of Gas. I walked to The nearest gas station CHEVRON. They did not have Gas Cans. Praise ALMIGHTY Mr. Oliver was there at the gas station. He not only lent me his gas can but gave me a ride back to my truck. I walked in WEDGES so you can imagine how my legs were feeling. ??? My car stalled in the middle of a parking garage and Sal came out and helped me.
My insurance said help would be there in an hour. Sal came in 20 minutes.
Not only did he jumpstart my car, but also tightened my wires.

My mother was in a severe car accident and her car was towed by Sal’s towing and her car was stored in their lot.
a little over a week later, my father went to the lot to pick up some valuables in the car, one of those valuables was dash cam and unfortunately, when he got to her car had ripped the dash cam out. When he questioned the people at South towing everybody acted like they didn’t know what happened, you can see the car was ransacked inside and they went through our things. The most important thing was the dash cam because it showed when the other driver crashed into her, we need to definitely legal purposes Which she explained, and they still didn’t care. They were the last ones to touch the car from the accident scene to the lot.
