Yesterday 10/28 our dog was dropped off for appt at 10 am . Fyi not first time there . He was not cut or seen till almost 5 pm . Not only that 3 pm they called saying we Need to pay more 20.00 because he needs 2 people to de shed him . When we told them they we should have been told before she said well too late we already started . Then when they called saying he was ready it was almost 5 pm . We got there few min later but they had nerve to call us saying when your gonna be here anytime today . The worse part is he got home to drink 2 BOWLS OF WATER . Meaning he was there 10-5 pm and did not drink anything . The worse lady and service we have ever gotten . Sad because he has been a client for a long time and this was like his 8 or 10 time there . This was dog abuse and un except able . I would like manager to call me because this happen 10/28 and i do not think we will ever go back . Words cant express how i feel right now . No professionalism from this you g lady at all.

DO NOT BRING YOUR FUR BABY HERE!
My sister brought her puppy here regularly and these irresponsible people cut his eye and tried to cover it up by putting human visine in his eye!!!!! Poor baby could have ended up blind!!! He was rushed to the hospital because he couldn’t see and was uncomfortable with his eye which ended up in a $300+ vet bill. the audacity and irresponsibility of these people is insane. We all make mistakes but trying to cover it up and making it worse is actually unbelievable. My sister had recommended i bring my new puppy here but after what they did to her puppy, i would never in my life and i recommend you do the same. Save yourself an unpleasant, scary, and anger-some experience and take your fur babies elsewhere.

I have been brining my Havapoo here for over a year and I am always so happy with how she looks! The staff keep in contact with me throughout the process to ensure I like how the grooming style looks and they are so comforting to my pup upon drop off as well! We love Rubys and would definitely recommend it to others for their doggy’s spa days!

I’m thrilled with the service at this dog grooming salon! My dog looks not only beautiful but also very happy. The team was professional and caring, and it’s clear they truly love animals. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and my dog was relaxed throughout the entire visit. Highly recommended! We’ll definitely be coming back.

I've never written a negative review before, but after nearly two years of consideration, I decided to speak up honestly. One ordinary day, I took my chow to the groomers. After a few visits, my dog became increasingly scared and refused to go inside. On one occasion, my dog was agitated, and one of the employees said that when dogs act like that, you have to be rougher to show them who's boss. I found this attitude absurd.
After leaving the groomers, my dog couldn't walk, which had never happened before. We were alarmed and rushed him to the emergency room, where the vet asked if my dog had fallen. We suspected he had fallen from the grooming table, but when we called the groomers, they denied everything. They clearly don't care about dogs. If you truly care about your pets, stay away from this place. Because of them, we no longer leave our dog alone at the groomers.
