The store was clean, but the reason for my 2 star rating is the staff's unpleasant & unwelcoming demeanor. When I walked in, there was a lady who greeted me politely, I advised that I have an item to return, and she pointed me towards the return. This is where I encountered Danesca (I'm sure I'm spelling it wrong), who appeared annoyed to be at work. She offered no greeting, answered my question with the same annoyed tone, and then handed me my receipt without so much of a "have a nice day" - nothing. Of course, I didn't take it personally because I don't know her. I picked up a few things and decided that since Danesca was the only cashier open, I'd go over to self check out. There, I encountered Loss Prevention Patricia. I've never used Ross' self checkout, so I asked how do I remove the beige plastic clip things, and Patricia responded, in an annoyed tone, "I take those off." So I asked, "So do I bag everything here, then unbag them with you so you can take off the clips?" She said,"I can bag them too, " again in an annoyed tone. I thought about just walking out and leaving everything where they were, but then I remembered that my kid needed clothes. At least at the end of the transaction, Patricia wished me a good day. I am a believer that the people make the place. If you're looking for pleasant customer service from all/most of the staff, this is not the place, but the prices are good. Maybe the managers should schedule to keep the annoyed staff in the stock room and put the ones willing to be pleasant with the customers up front. I went to another store on the plaza and the staff there was polite and friendly.

Today, in the fitting room area, I was served by an aggressive and spoiled woman. I have been a customer for many years. I do not understand how one of your employees can be isolated rude with customers. June 5, 2024, 9:15 am

Always when I give bad reviews it is because of the staff, and in this store I went with my girlfriend looking for a Bikini for the beach and we almost couldn't find it, only a black top that she wanted to try on, when she went to the dressing room she asked if she could try it on, and The lady who served us very rudely said “You can't wear that here and you know it, you know it!!”, and my girlfriend asked “well, but at least do you know where there are more of these bikinis and red color?” And the very rude lady said again, “From the same area where you found that one, you know it, and if there isn't anything I can tell you, you know it.” I thought that the conversation only seemed strange to me, but to my girlfriend It affected her and she left there angry, we almost bought the bikini but the truth is we couldn't even try it on, the first time we went to Ross and the experience was disastrous, I have been to others and it is always Perfect, but this was the worst by far and thank you to that lady, who by her appearance looked like an elderly lady, who speaks Spanish, with short hair, and mostly gray hair.
I hope the company takes action and talks to her so that she does not repeat her disastrous service.

This store doesn’t even deserve a one star review.I recently had a disappointing experience at this store due to subpar customer service. The staff appeared unresponsive to concerns and, unfortunately, kept engaging in argumentative behavior, dismissing our feedback and even going so far as to label us as "entitled." As a minority, it's disheartening when communication breaks down, hindering the overall experience. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues and improve customer interactions for a more inclusive and positive atmosphere.Operator no.: 3991AJ

You return a $17 product, and they steal $5, they only gave me $12 in credit, and the manager looks at you and treats you contemptuously!
