This is my go to jewelry repair store! Jeannie and Tom are so incredibly friendly and helpful. Not to mention the very fair and outstanding pricing compared to corporate jewelers. I had a cherished 14k gold and diamond ring repaired here recently and I couldn’t be happier. Years past, I’ve had a necklace and watch repaired here as well. Highly, highly recommend this locally owned and trustworthy business. Thank you Jeannie for being so pleasant to work with!

I like to use local small businesses instead of "name" stores. Randals is just the right place! They have full service for jewelry repair and watches. Battery replacement and link removal. They are very reasonably priced. I like that too!

I have been a regular visitor and shopper at Randall's Jewelry for a few years now and I have to say, if you are looking for quality products and superior customer service for all of your jewelry/watch needs, this is THE place to go. Mr. and Mrs. Allsage are so helpful and knowledgeable. From repairs to custom jewelry, they make your dreams come true. My Husband and I have recently been married and we went with Randall's to get exactly what we wanted. Mrs. Allsage helped us navigate the process of creating our custom rings from the metals to the stones and everything in between. She's an absolute gem! She worked with her jeweler to make sure each piece was perfect and she had as many molds created as we needed to ensure the final look was flawless. I recommend you visit their shop for all of your jewelry based needs!

Spoke to Tom over the phone to find out if they replace watch batteries. I was told yes and to come over. I went over during my lunch break and Tom was kind enough to rush a bit so I can get back to work on time. Husband and wife own the place and they are super sweet and friendly. Very nice and welcoming place. Right prices too. I found my new favorite jewelry store.
