I've always had a very good experience at this Quest. Appointments are kept. It's a clean facility. Lab results come quickly. Convenient parking. The lab technicians are friendly and easy to work with. I recommend it

This site is operated by morons. Today I had an scheduled appointment at 10:30 am. I got to the location at 10:22am . Bad staff

I had an amazing experiencing getting my lab work done here. Check in is easy at a kiosk. You scan your ID and insurance card. They called me in a few minutes after my appt time. The facility is bright and modern. The staff was super friendly. Parking is right out front. I definitely recommend this facility and will use them again. You can make appt ahead of time or just show up and wait. Your results are emailed to you.

Yesterday I thought I had an appointment at pompano at 7:30. I had printed my confirmation but did not realize the last page with the code was not on it. I was told by an unfriendly woman that it would be at least a three hour wait and maybe even then they would not take me. This morning I arrived at 6 at the Commercial Quest as a walk in. Planning on a long wait. Several of us sat down after signing in. Just after that a woman came out and opened the door and proceeded to tell us all Happy Thursday everyone. What a nice way to greet people. She asked us all if we had signed in and if we had any questions.Again a nice surprise. She was so friendly. Helped me with my sign in. I waited less than 10 minutes and another very friendly woman came to get me. I have been going to Pompano for years and never had an experience like this. I will always go to Commercial for my bloodwork. Thank you to the people at Commnercial for all your kindness.

After checking in via the kiosk with all my info - DL, ins, etc.and being added to standby list they came out to say not taking any more standbys. How about a message in the system I checked in with or on the door to that effect instead of wasting my time. But every experience I’ve had with quest - appt or not - had been like this. And a staff that doesn’t care. They are lucky so many physicians don’t do phlebotomy and refer patients to them or no one would ever put up with the incompetence and lack of patient care.

Not gonna lie, Angelica made the whole visit awesome from start to finish. I'm a difficult stick and she got it done without issue. 10/10 would use this location again.

Still waiting on lab results. It's been two weeks. Not an email, nothing on the app, nada. It has never taken this long. I've been to multiple quest locations in South Florida. It usually takes a few days, four at most. I am not sure what's going on or, why the delay but it is very inconvenient. It should not take over two weeks to get lab results. The icing on the cake is when I called to speak with a person and the automated system says to go online for any further questions and or concerns and hangs up.

Even though I had no appointment and was seen within 10 mins, the tech who drew my blood hurt my vein on my arm. It hurt when she put it in and hurt even more when she took out the needle. She kept pressing my forearm to get more blood flowing but this is the first time I’ve seen someone do this. I do know her name but I rather her read it and hope she does better next time.

I just had an amazing experience with Kristal! After not being able to get my blood drawn TWICE by Sanitas on Andrew's in Fort Lauderdale (after the 2nd time they suggested I go to Quest because they're more experienced at drawing blood) Kristal clearly knew what she was doing and was such a pleasure to interact with. Thank you for an amazing experience, Kristal!

What a nice location. Lots of chairs, clean, and roomy. The technician was very friendly. A good amount of parking in this plaza.

This place is always over booked, like every time I come you wait 30+ minutes past your appointment time. Also if you’re on stand by prepare to wait, like for hours.
