Dawn at customer service wasn't so pleasant. I handed her my money. Instead of handing me my change, she placed it on the counter. I dont fetch 4 stars because of the very helpful surrounding staff

Nice Publix, but I was starving and ordered a pub sub for pick up and when I got home there was a long black hair in it and the bread was falling apart to the point I can barely pick it up. Barely any of the dressing I ordered on it. I don’t have black hair … a bit grossed out and a waste of money. It also kind of deterred me from ordering pick up in the future and sadly the sub/hot section is almost impossible to just walk in and use. Employees are either not around or very slow.Also 50% of the time, the cashiers are rude or ignore me. I have to be the one to greet them and if I do, I almost never get a hello back.Disappointed.
