“This office is the only office in it's area that stays open to give people time to get off from work. The staff are knowledgeable and pleasant. They do the best they can even though more customers come to this location than most others. Sometimes they are short staffed due to staffing but they get you situated with your postal needs.”

“Best post office I’ve been to in a long time! I was at the post office near the hospital in Coral Springs and the line was horrendous. There was only one person working and I felt so bad that they were there by themselves and the long had 10 people in it and counting. Ended up leaving because I had to return my rental and then found this post office. Ms Adriana at the desk was helpful and really sweet. Thank you guys for having such fast service!”

“Quick stop to refuel my automobile...there were a long cars lines in both of the entrances but it moved swiftly...there was a customer service associate outside on the fuel court making sure that everything goes smoothly I didn't catch his name but he sure did a good job.”

“This satellite post office is inside a Chevron station. I've been going here 6 years. Update 5/2023 Several improvements. New car wash, good staff, much friendlier atmosphere, decent pricing. Pizza place is very good also. 3 in 1 place. Gas, Pizza & Postal services.”
“The two women working 10/27/22 at noon were amazing. Super helpful and kind. Another customer was being a little rude while we were there and they just rolled with it. Made every customer happy, including myself. Sent international packages to military base without issue. One of the best post offices I’ve been too and I’m from a different state, haha.”

“Very nice place with nice people , but lately our out going mail has not gotten to their destination a tottal of 4 payments that caused us some late payments and just a mess. This mail was taken by our new mail woman who also delivered and droped our mail under our mail box once, go figure.”

“This is a small post office in the back of the Coral Ridge Shopping Center. I've been here many times and once again I'm surprised that a previous review hasn't shown up. I used to be here quite often when I had an office not too far away and would take my lunch break running a few errands in the area. We'd been downtown for lunch, and this was the closest actual post office, so we stopped by. We parked in lot in the back of the mall right near the entrance. Look for the American flag. Once again stamps will be going up in January. We thought we'd stock up on a few and get some Christmas/holiday themed stamps for cards. We use less and less stamps each year as most bills are now paid online, but every once in a while, we like to "snail mail" a greeting or birthday card. They had a nice selection, and we had our choice of themes. Although this place is tiny and there's a limited staff, the service here is excellent. The folks are friendly, efficient, and fast. If you're nearby and need a real post office, this one is worth visiting.”

“So tiny but functional. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. It's directly across from Rocco's Tacos. There are parking spots directly out front and if not, just pay to park for about 5 minutes it's no more than $2.00 bucks.”

“I had my passport appointment at 1:00pm recently. There were two rows, one for a passport and the other normal. Normally there were many people. But two women were serving. “First of all, this is a late review. I should have made this earlier. My package was lost even though it says it delivered. And sender of the package say they won’t refund or replace unless it is stated by the USPS they lost the package. And this is exactly what was happened. I ask mail carriers, they are kind enough to search other mail boxes and parcels however it’s gone already. At last resort I decided to go to post office and tbh I wasn’t sure what to expect after seeing 1.8 star review on Google maps. However Patrikia R. and her supervisor Armani C. was very kind and helpful. They even apologize multiple times for something they don’t personally responsible for. I don’t know other people’s experiences however I was kind to them and they were kind to me more. I’m really happy to see such employees in USPS.Either my sender accept the solution I’ll provide or not, I’m glad to see Patrikia and Armani.”

“I sent a package from out of town to an elderly relative. in my hurry to get the package in the mail I put an incorrect street address. it was not delivered and returned to the post office. I went online and filled out a service request and included the correct info. I received a call that day and the service rep verified the address and said it would be taken care of in the next couple of days. She was very helpful and understood my situation. I received another phone call the following day telling me it was delivered. I really appreciated the follow up and customer service especially since I am from out of town. Great job and thank you!”

“I Googled this location to check its hours of operation. There were some pretty harsh reviews...one in particular about MELODY. But this office is nearby so what the heck I'll give it a try. So on a Friday afternoon at 5:40pm (they close at 6pm) I walked into the lobby. There was only agent on duty at the counter. She was polite to every customer, funny, and laughing and joking with customers and very efficient. She helped people save money by suggesting a different type of service, made sure their addressing was correct so the mail arrived where it was supposed to go, and waved by to people that were just dropping off mail. And the line moved rather quickly; I got to the counter in about 10 minutes. When I was just about finished I noticed that SHE WAS MELODY and I said are you the same MELODY with the poor Google reviews and she said "Yep the One and Only". She said "sometimes people don't like it when you say NO to them and then they blast you on Google. Do I seem like that review?" I said "Nope. I'll give you 5 stars!" Being a postal worker is not an easy job.”
