PNC is a great bank and this is my favorite PNC location. The branch manager, Al, is excellent, and the previous manager, Oliver, was wonderful too.

Why would you put an AC fan inside the cash deposit area that has to lay the money horizontally with a slow closing door? My CASH blew all over the parking lot and the person behind me wouldn’t back up so I could back up to open my door. What engineering team thought up this asinine idea. Freaking morons.

Thank KENTY JACQUET!!! For helping me open a personal and a business account. I just start my small business and didn't know where to put my trust. As soon as I walked in Kenty made me feel right at home by welcoming me with that awesome smile and a cold bottle of water. With Florida being in the high 80s I was happy with both including the ac?. Thanks to Kenty I look forward to great endeavors with PNC banking.

I was informed incorrect information by a agent at this branch name Frances she stated to me I have to pay what I owe on my account before they can print out a bank statement stating my account is closed which is false because I called corporate and customer service stated according to there policy you only have to pay a $5 fee per bank statement. Frances also hung up on me when I asked for her name and she also stated she couldn't find my account without my account number and I had to inform her she can look up my account with my social security number too. She was very unprofessional putting me on multiple holds and I had to keep saying hello she never checked in on me without me saying hello .....she needs to be trained more in customer service and in banking .I called to speak to another agent at that branch name Kaney who also confirmed all I need to get my bank statement is to pay a $5 fee. FRANCES was unprofessional and not well trained and I asked for the supervisor several times I was told none was available I filed a complaint with corporate, district and regional managers if my information is used elsewhere I'll file a complaint with the authorities too.

I don't bank with PNC however I do pay my car note through their Bank. There was no waiting. The service was good. As soon as I walked in the gentleman greeted me and took care of my business.

This is the worst prank Customer Service ever I have to close my account with this bank my business account together I got two very nasty I will never ever open account with these thank all if they can change that really nasty attitude Customer Service they have every time you ask him for something you have to wait 45 minutes

I really love PNC and have been treated great. However, I just went there just now to exchange quarters of 5 into a 5 bill and the lady assisting me told me that there was a fee of a dollar so I would receive 4 instead? I didn't want to make a deal out of it so I just agreed to it and then the same lady and another female worker (that happen to be the worker that open my account to pnc) were laughing at me and teasing me because they actually thought I believed there joke was true. I did not appreciate that and happen to be unprofessional. I don't feel comfortable coming back here after that. I'm very unsatisfied and even upset about my experience here. I already reported it over to customer service.

Left debit card in atm. Got a call to come and get it from Morgan (maybe Tuesday). Went on Monday to pick up. Blue suite looked in atm room. Was going to call. Tan suite said they must have destroyed it. Teller was great and nice. Blue suite and tqn suite was too busy with new lady opening an account or a home loan. Stood around and just left. I guess online in the way to go. I know I don't look important but my time is valuable too. Now no atm card for who knows how long so you can mail it. Worst service I have received from pnc.
