I go to Petco for all my pet needs and I am more than happy with the store especially the one in Oakland Park. Everybody is always and willing to help. It is always clean and check out is great. Love Petco.

A well-run department store for pets and their companions. A nice variety of pet items including toys, pet food supplies, beds, leashes, medications and a veterinary center.

The store is fairly large.
They have a section for Dog food and supplies and another section for cats
I bought cat food here before. They don't always have the best selection. For example I was looking for a cat probiotic and they only had one to choose from.

After updating my 5 year old bettas broken tank, he started to refuse to move out of his shelter. After a week of this behavior, I decided to seek help at Petco. They went through all the items available, and after two trips and a few plants and decorations later, Bumbles is now swimming around his new tank happy as can be.
Both gentlemen I dealt with in the fish department were knowledgeable and got me stocked up on anything that could possibly make my fish happier!
I am very happy with this store and happy that they took my old man betta fishes life seriously! ? ?

They took very good care of me and my dog. My pet (a puppy and 9 months old) was vaccinated and examined very quickly. I was very pleased with the care that my puppy received.
