I went to my first store on Andrews because my battery keep dying. the worker said sorry, nothing he could do and go to the store in Oakland park. they spent five minutes telling me that the other store shouldnt have sent me. after chatting with a coworker finally came out to test my battery. yep, it needed replacing. but they didn't have a battery for my Volvo. sorry they said and went back into the store. I left.

Customer service is horrendous. The assistant manager, I don’t recall his name but started with a D came off a bit racist. Walked in with my friend and I guess just because we look hispanic, he brushed us off and said his co worker would check us out because he speaks Spanish. We speak English perfectly. Once he did finally check us out because his co worker was taking a while with another customer, I don’t know what his deal was but while checking us out, he was just throwing in strange remarks. Definitely not coming back to this location.
