Horrible experience at this place! They damaged my transmission and cracked my windshield and blamed me!! I feel totally ripped off!!
All I wanted was an oil change. I returned to pick up my car and they tell me they did the oil change and they serviced my transmission. I tell them that's not what I paid for and I also tell them about the crack in my windshield which was not there before I took the car in. After them screaming at me over this and threatening to sue me I just paid them to get out of there. I'm an elderly woman and could not stand this stress and just wanted to go home at this point. They charged me $340.00 saying they had difficulty changing the transmission oil which I never agreed on. What's worse is the transmission is now damaged and will not go into gear properly and keeps knocking. My car never behaved like this until i took it to them. They tell me I did ALL this. I strongly feel the owners (Marty and Missie) take advantage of the elderly and I will NOT be returning. They know how to sweet talk you especially Missie.

I work across the street and down the block, and I thought perhaps my tires needed some air, so I stopped in and they were sooooo incredibly nice and helpful, that I will never go anywhere else again!!! BEST customer service I’ve ever received in South Florida from any automotive shop!!! Cannot recommend enough!!! Five stars is not enough stars!!!

I brought a car that I was planning on purchasing to Marty for an inspection. He drove the vehicle which seemed to drive good, however upon further inspection he noticed serious mechanical issues, and told me to stay clear. Luckily I took the vehicle to the MOST professional Auto Center in Florida! Thanks guys
