The treatment and communication that Mr. Aleman has is excellent, he advised me perfectly and carefully throughout my process of total loss of my truck. I am grateful for having met him since I knew nothing about the subject and he explained everything I should do, I would 100% return again and recommend him.

DO NOT GO HERE!
I was referred to this shop as a friend of mine was connected to the owner, Elio. Who did absolutely nothing to make matters better.
I had an accident in November 2022 I needed to get fixed.
They said my car was done, had me sign paperwork then when I pick the car up;
-The door was not sitting properly and water was leaking into the car
-They forgot to add the pinstripe back onto the side of the car
-Never replaced the switch panel on the interior
I took it back 2 other times which was a huge inconvenience to fix the pinstripe and adjust the door to fit better. I am still not thrilled with how the door fits. They have not been able to get the interior part because it was "on backorder". I called regularly waiting for this piece. Sent them photos. Followed up with them about it monthly.
Over a year later I am following up once again, the new girl that works in the office argued with me on the phone saying the shop is not going to pay out of pocket for my car piece after stating my insurance agreed to pay for it.

Excellent trustworthy auto body repair shop. Our 2023 Kia Sorento was recently involved in an accident with substantial passenger side front damage and repaired at No Limits Auto Repair shop in Ft. Lauderdale. When we picked up the vehicle we could not believe the excellent job they did. The results were fabulous as if the vehicle was never in an accident, the best part is that the vehicle not only looked new it drove well without any flaws. We highly recommend this body shop. I would not recommend this shop. They are great on getting your business but after that it’s downhill. I brought my car there and they only fix the body which wasn’t done properly and left me with the mechanical portion and wanted to charge my insurance again after getting over 10k to just fix 2 panels and I don’t know what customer service you all talking about because that front desk girl have no manners?

I am extremely grateful to No Limit. They have gone above and beyond. My first accident recently happened, honestly I thought I knew about insurance. Turns out, I knew nothing. If I did not have their guidance, I would have been completely lost and out a lot of money. They have been super helpful and I will recommend them to anyone in need without hesitation. Had and accident, the tow truck driver recommended this place. The told me they were a Farmers preferred shop they are not. I pulled the car out 5 days later, they have a bill for storage and a list of things the never did for $1118 . Place is a scam.There’s another corvette there that been there 7 months.

The repair and service was very good, they met the delivery times, Mr. German and his team work very well, keep up the good work, the only detail was with the point of sales that had problems and I had to pay the insurance deductible in cash it really wasn't comfortable for me, but work on it to improve, thank you very much.
