by Stephen Bill. I went in to replace plugs, coils, and wires. They did an excellent job. I live in Boca but drove to Oakland Park because of the way my daughter (Julianne) was treated by them. They have repaired her car several times and always thoroughly explained thing to her. The transmission cable was not shifting correctly. It needed a new spacer but you had to buy the whole cable assembly. They replaced the spacer only saving her Hundreds of dollars. I trust them to work on my daughter's car.

Found this establishment while looking for a shop to bring my vehicle too. This shop is a nice facility. Very transparent operation, expect txt msg updates, as well as a txt msg with a link to a curated document outlining the details of the inspection done. The shop Is affordable and I will be returning when I need too. Thanks Fidel

We found this place looking for a Chrysler specialist to work on my cruiser convertible. I've been to two previous shops, spent thousands of dollars, and the car just never ran quite right after an engine swap and was persistently overheating. Nobody could get it right, so, we took it here.
What a change! From Jeff at the front desk to Fidel who was the tech I worked with, they all were very knowledgeable about my particular vehicle and I immediately felt a bit of relief.
What we thought was going to be a head gasket replacement ended up requiring a cylinder head replacement, along with everything else that should be done when you do such work. Additionally, they replaced the radiator, water pump, timing belt with all of the inner bearings.
While it was a bit more costly than we originally expected, it was worth it for the amount of work that was done and, MUCH more importantly, my turbo roadster runs like it did when I first got it! I am extremely pleased. Something else worth mentioning is that they are keen on using factory parts whenever possible, very important on these vehicles..
They also work on other makes and models besides Chrysler and I would recommend this shop and the services they provide to anyone looking for quality work by trained professionals.

Was very worried about my car not starting and had a problem with the engine. The employees at New Era Auto not only figured out what was wrong with my car, but fixed it in very short time, and now its running perfectly. They were very friendly and professional the entire time. Would recommend them for anyone.

My car was broken into and the ignition was messed up plus had a broken window. They took the time to source the correct pieces to fix my car. I appreciate their business and thorough care!
Update:
I’ve taken it back twice since only to be overcharged and told I need things replaced that I don’t and original issue NEVER fixed. Skip this place unless you know about cars. I now go to Bear Automotive in Weston, yea it’s a drive but they actually fix the issue, keep the car clean unlike this place that treats your car like garbage and they don’t LIE.
