This location has always been mediocre, except for a couple of day shift employees at check out. The second shift is horrible (read other reviews). The Manager on Duty and Customer Service rep made up three lies why they would not help me with a coupon. Why did they have to lie? They clearly did not want me to use the coupon. Of course, I went to another location and was greeted by three second shift employees while shopping, and the check representative helped apply my coupon. They really wanted to help me. I will be going to the O.P. Home Depots unless I have to go to Lowes, and in that case I will go to another location. I hope no one at the O.P. store gets a bonus for being unhelpful AND telling lies. Unbelievable. I called the 800 Customer Service number and the Representative was unaware of Lowes coupons. Horrible. Thank goodness for the other store.

I've encountered the night supervisor/manager Lisa many times over the last 6 months.
I've paid with store credit from my home reno returns. And every single time she's acted in an obstructive manner during check out.
At the end of her attempts to turn away a purchase, she hits a button and miraculously my transactions are completed. So why act like that?
On 5/20/24 at 9:27 pm, I finally completed the transaction myself after she made the it unnecessarily difficult, as usual.
This doesn't seem like a training issue, but more a personality issue.
Her attitude every time is "The answer is no, now what's your question."

I went to Lowe's warehouse store for some garden mulch for the back yard and the staff was very professional and polite nice and helpful very good customer service

Nice clean store very helpful and friendly staff has whatever you could possibly need for any type of home improvement construction d.i.y projects has home and outdoor decor nice plants in the gardening section has most of all the brand name top notch tools, tool sets, attachments you need very helpful young man in the appliance department I think his name was Jacob he answered all my questions and was a big help this place just has a nice laid back environment. Unlike som3 other home improvement store this location doesn't have all the riff raff in the parking lot begging for money or folks coming up to your vehicle asking for work etc etc. Parking lot I nice and secure with cameras and security on site

Lowe’s versus Home Depot since these two go head to head it’s best to know exactly where you’ll find the better items. Lowe’s fantastic for interior decorating design features elements, such as moldings fixtures and Home Depot is better for the more utilitarian items like pipes and rails

I was at your location on Tuesday April 24th 2024 @ 10:30. Your customer service lady is very unprofessional and does not care about customer unless she knows you. I had one thing to ruin and there was 4 people behind me. The person up first had a huge return order so the gentleman told the associate to take the bunch of us first since he had no where to be and your employee had no and I will not call someone to help. Knowing she needed back up.

Tried calling store to see why my order had not been delivered after being rescheduled twice. I was left on hold for 20 minutes and no one ever answered the phone. I hope it was just a new employee and not just an incompetent one. If I could give zero stars I would.
