Hidden gem. Real honest people here who give fair prices and don't blind-side the customer. I dropped off a chainsaw at closing, and the next day they called me at 8-something in the morning to give me a price and asked if I wanted to fix it. I said yes and they told me it would be ready in an hour. There must be hundreds of pieces of equipment in there so I have no idea how they're so efficient. They provided a detailed invoice which the last 2 companies I dealt with did not provide at all, even after asking both of them 4 times for one. The chainsaw is running perfectly, and after inspecting, I saw that they used high quality and name brand parts. The labor and parts costs were extremely reasonable and not overcharged.

I went here a couple of months back to fix a chainsaw. We borrowed the chainsaw from a friend and after changing the chain couldn’t get it to work. I thought I had broke it and called around to get it fixed but every place either didn’t pick up or couldn’t fix it that same week. Drove 30 minutes to get here, and was a bit skeptical about what this place looks like and is located. I’ll tell you I was wrong, from the moment I walked in I was treated very kindly and with a lot of respect. They immediately took care of me, and instead of lying about what was wrong and up charging; explained the issue to me and only charged me a fee to look at it, while still fixing and getting it to work. Highly recommend this place.

Fast and efficient engine repairs. Mike was able to fix our generator in one day, just before Hurricane Ian skirted by our area. We also had our lawn mower tuned up, blade sharpened, oil change, etc. also done very fast. The last place I took my lawn mower to took over 2 weeks, I'm not going there anymore. Great job Lauderdale Lakes Small Engine Repair.
