Vanessa was my hair stylist. From the moment I walked in, she and the staff at Joe salon made me feel welcomed!

My experience with Jor was subpar.
While accidents do occur, my hair stylist yanked out my cartilage piercing when cutting my hair. There was blood, and everyone was attentive, but this boils down to my stylist not paying attention… I had 3 separate hair stylists cut my hair with this piercing and this accident had never occurred. Therefore, he was clearly distracted. Disappointing to say the least.
Afterwards, I immediately went to a professional piercing shop which caused me money and time.
I went back to the salon the next day and spoke with the manager, kindly requesting a refund to the $200+ service due to the inconvenience. Which he did not budge and only gave me 30$ off (all while there were 5 other clients being attended in this moment where he was easily making ~$1000). He was incredibly rude, unnecessarily defensive, and legitimately waved off the inconvenience. In fact, when I told him that this has never happened, he looked me straight in the eye and said “I don’t know what to tell you, but it was bound to happen.”
Never in my life have I encountered such soulless human being who wishes that type of darkness on someone.
Nearly 2 months later, I am still dealing with this trauma and complication due to the hair stylist’s negligence. I’ve had to gone to 3 separate piercing places while traveling as my ear hasn’t been the same since. The cost of all of this is already outweighing the $200 originally spent on my haircut/color.
All in all, while the hair stylist himself did apologize, the manager is a different story.
Therefore, I suggest all to not go to this salon due to the management’s unprofessional and non-empathic behavior. He doesn’t deserve anyone’s business. Terrible human being.

Jon is the best hairstylist Iv ever had. Iv gone from hairstylist to stylist and I can honestly say Iv finally found MY stylist that I’m completely happy with in every way and will continue to go to now religiously. Iv never even written a review for anything on google, this is my first but he’s so deserving of it I had to write something. Every day I look at my hair and I’m happy. I had weird orange blonde patches of permanent color from my last stylist that he fixed seamlessly. He gave me exactly what I asked for, blonde with a shadow root and he did it perfectly my hair isn’t too cool or too warm my perfect blonde. I used to think my hair looked good before Jon and now I know my hair looked absolutely terrible in comparison to what he’s done lol. I was even stopped by a stranger about my hair when I walked out of the salon and they made an appointment with him right then. I wish I could upload a picture unfortunately my photos won’t upload but just know if you go to Jon youl be going back. Also everyone else in the salon seems very professional I really liked the woman’s hair being done next to me

I just had my hair cut with Vanessa and the results was amazing. I was ready for a complete transformation and she was the right person. Loving my new style. She was sweet and professional. I love that salon everyone there is in a good mood.

Vanessa is amazing! I have 2c/3a curly hair or so and she gave me a spectacular cut that looks beautiful when I straighten it and when I decide to leave it frizzy. The color work he does for me also looks great every time. 100% recommended. The salon is cool, John the owner is very formal and so is all the staff ❤️✨

My hair was so damaged and in need of a transformation, and I’d heard great things about this salon and decided to stop by. Jon was the one who did my hair and I was absolutely satisfied with the results. Everyone, in general, is so friendly and kind, that I will definitely be coming back.

found this place in Coral Ridge since it was close to my house. I just went to see if they had any openings on Saturday, The atmosphere in the salon is so good. Everyone is so friendly. Lina cut my hair. And OMG she was amazing!!! I showed her a pic of what i wanted. And she did better than a pic was. My husband made so many compliments on how good my hair looks.
