I tried to call and was on hold for 20 minutes, finally gave up and hung up. I tried again later same thing. It's impossible to get through to customer service at this location.

Less than zero for customer service. The employees are actually antagonistic. Filthy. The rest is a typical Home Depot experience, open packaging missing parts, swapped items in packaging, lumber fit for a bon fire, etc, etc, etc Unfortunately I understand why Fort Lauderdale Home Depots are the worst I've experienced in the USA. In this case, the customers make the store.

The best option for a hardware store. If you are a real man you will definitely go there at least once a month. Is hard to beat their lower prices and high quality of the products. Sometimes I wanna go there only to clear my mind or simply to plan my projects. Yes they have them all, is very hard not to find there everything you need around the house. Again this is a store for real men and I highly recommend it ! Way to go ??

I was waiting for an associate to come for after another employee had paged the paint department person for a long time. When she finally passed by the counter she called out to me stating that she was on break and wouldn’t return for an hour. I went to the customer service area and asked for a manager but the person I spoke with asked me why! I told her what happened and she another associate besides her to go and call someone but he was bothered and said “ why me? At this point I just told them not to bother and left. That’s the worst experience I have ever had at Home Depot

The lady at the pro deck working at 4 pm is the most disrespectful person I have ever came across! She should definitely should be reviewed! This is no way for Home Depot customer service to present themselfI could’nt get her name because she had it covered

This is possibly the worst Home Depot in South Florida. The register is always open late in the morning, the lady who works the only register is extremely slow and rude and she spends more time talking to other employees than paying attention to customers, it's impossible to find anybody to unlock the cages to get materials and if you want to get something out of the lock box up front they don't allow you to look at it or pick what you need. They tell you to go find the associate from that department to tell you what to get and then they'll give it to you even if you know what you want and just need to pick it out. It's truly amazing that a company the size of Home Depot could have a store ran this poorly.

Customer service is nonexistent at this location. I give a one star because there is no option for 0 start which is what that store deserves. I purchased a shower door in store for a will call. The team in charge of taking the item off the sales floor never did. Guest what, someone else purchased that same door I already purchased. I've yet to receive a phone call from anyone regarding the mishandling of my purchase item. And my complaint to customer care got no where but in their computer system. It's a shame that I have to stop shopping at home depot because of unreliable, unprofessional associates.

They have maybe 8 to 10 self checkout lanes but only a max of 2 or 3 are open at any given time and those that are have staff ringing up your purchases. Whats the point of self checkout if someone is doing the work for you. Takes 2 to 3 times longer to get out of the store than before. 20 people in line and 1 person who has to stand there and hold the pricing gun. Seriously? Get with it Home Depot. Gonna start shopping at Lowes or elsewhere anytime i can

Good variety, good prices, service leaves something to be desired. Not everyone is yet used to self-service, they need more information, especially where to find the products.
