After the conversation I had with the manager today, I would rate Heroes vet as a zero if I could. I’ve been a customer for almost 10 years. I had an appointment last week to take my soon to be 16 year-old Boxer for a routine exam, which will allow me to purchase additional medication. I had to reschedule my 2/13 appointment due to a family emergency and had to go out of town. They were kind enough to offer me to purchase two Galliprant 60 mg to carry me over. I called today to confirm the rescheduled date and pickup the two pills of Galliprant. The manager was rude, over-talked me, refused to provide her name, and banned me from the office. The only true person hurting here is Rosie, my boxer, who needs the medication for her arthritis. Now I’m in search of a new veterinarian for my three dogs. SMH.

Phenomenal visit. From the receptionist to the vet tech to the vet herself, everyone was super caring and professional. My cat does NOT like being in a car, and was very nervous about going to the vet. Her claws were out of control, and she was very nervous. The nails got clipped, and her wonderful vet explained how to help her when traveling and everything else. My cat loves her Churu, and all is right with the world for my cat.

We got a referral from our lovely dog sitter to bring our fur baby to this place. The staff was super accommodating and compassionate. Dr. Vauujin was straight forward with the diagnosis. It was heartbreaking to let our fur baby go but the staff was really helpful. I highly recommend.

It is always a nice experience. They always do their best to try to accommodate you if you have a last-minute "emergency" with your pet. Exellent customer service. I've been going there for years.

If my family and I could give Heroes 1 million stars we would. This has been the best veterinary experience we have ever had. I have been coming to Heroes for just about a year now for both wellness visits and sick visits. The place is spacious for everyone coming in and out to comfortably wait/interact with the staff. I think more than for people, this matters to our pets who don't always know what they are walking into so immediately the layout of the waiting room already offers comfort and space for them.The front desk personnel are AMAZING, efficient, understandably busy but always positive and always helpful. I understand that they don't have the answer to all of the questions and concerns someone can call about but they are great at getting back to you with the best suggestions and solutions. I know Arden and Luana (i believe that is her name, apologies if I got it wrong!!), but I have had interactions with others too and they are all equally great and always go above and beyond in my opinion.At our last visit, we had Gabi as our Vet tech and Dr.Goldblatt as our Vet. Gabi was awesome with our girl getting her settled into the room and taking down all of our initial questions and concerns in prep for the doctor. She really got to know our girl who is always so anxious and befriended her and gained as much trust as she could with Yuna so that she can do a proper exam and get her vitals good. To me this is always so important because it makes it so the next experience is more trusting for Yuna. When someone takes the time to befriend her and not judge her right away really stands out to us. Yuna gets judged quickly sometimes because she can be difficult when she gets scared (barking, not wanting to leave the room or my side, not letting the vets do a proper exam, etc.) We appreciate Gabi and the staff being patient and winning Yuna over so that she can get the treatment she needs.We always go to see Dr.Goldblatt because our puppy girl is familiar with her however we trust ALL the staff at Heroes. This last visit was nothing out of the ordinary but what stood out for us was the kindness and patience everyone had with us and our girl. We have a large breed Labmix (a healthy 80lbs) that like i mentioned gets scared at the vet so she is a little bit more difficult to wrangle down for a physical. I know my husband and I came in with a lot of questions that Dr.Goldblatt kindly addressed each and every single one with detail, professionalism, and really referenced the best care for our pup. We love her sense of humor.I just feel that above all at Heroes its about the best interest of the pet and their health. Dr.Goldblatt also helped us combat and get to the bottom of what was once a very concerning and persistent case of doggy acne we dealt with for years! We had tried so many allergy shots, medications, and antibiotics.. When we first met Dr.Goldblatt it was her approach that seemed to be the key to getting down to the exact strain and helped us get her on the right antibiotic topical and its never happened again.Overall, my girls health and happiness is the most important priority in our lives because we love her so much. When we take her to Heroes we feel it is truly the best care and that the health, happiness, and overall wellbeing of our furry pets is also their first and foremost priority. So if you're looking for a vet in the area and you are on the fence --- just do it. Take them to Heroes, you will not regret it. I drove by this place so many times and before ending up at Heroes and I only wish I had taken her sooner here.

The least efficient veterinary hospital I have ever experienced. 1 doctor working with ten dogs in waiting room. Doctor spent 45 minutes with one patient.

I was introduced to this vet almost 10 yrs ago through the snip program. I have been taking my babies here ever since. The staff and doctors are attentive and kind. Pricing is affordable compared to other places, the hours are great, waiting room is very large and comfortable,and they keep the office so clean. We just had our most recent rescue neutered there and we are glad we did. He is very active and the doctor has been so patient and kind with check-ups on his sutures.

I did rescue in NY for over 25 yrs and when I moved to Florida I was hoping to find a good Vet's office and I did!! Heroes staff are kind, friendly, love animals and the Vet's are wonderful. Patient, caring, knowledgeable and compassionate to both the owners and their pets. I have been using them for 8 yrs and will continue in the future to use them. ??⬛?

Title: Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience I recently had an unfortunate encounter with Heroes Veterinarian Clinic, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Regrettably, my visit disappointed me deeply, primarily due to the clinic's abysmal customer service and apparent lack of compassion for animals. Starting with making an appointment over the phone is when I should not have gone further..... When I stepped into the clinic, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming and cold. The front desk staff, particularly the women, displayed a shocking level of condescension, rudeness, and indifference. Their demeanor was nothing short of appalling, creating an uncomfortable and hostile environment for both pet owners and their beloved companions. As someone who deeply cares for animals, it was disheartening to witness the apparent absence of genuine love and compassion for the animals in their care. The lack of empathy and understanding was evident throughout my visit, further exacerbating the distressing experience. Aside from the regrettable behavior of the front desk staff, the overall level of customer service provided by Heroes Veterinarian Clinic was simply unacceptable. The team seemed disinterested and dismissive of my concerns, failing to provide clear and comprehensive explanations regarding my pet's health. As a consumer, I believe it is essential for businesses, especially those in veterinary care, to prioritize exceptional customer service and demonstrate unwavering compassion for animals. Unfortunately, Heroes Veterinarian Clinic fell far short of these expectations, leaving me with a lasting impression of disappointment and dissatisfaction. I strongly urge the management of Heroes Veterinarian Clinic to address these serious issues promptly. Improving customer service and fostering a more compassionate environment should be their utmost priority. Pet owners entrust their animals' well-being to veterinary clinics, and such establishments must uphold the highest standards of care and professionalism. In light of my experience, I regretfully cannot recommend Heroes Veterinarian Clinic to others seeking compassionate and reliable veterinary care for their beloved pets. I sincerely hope the clinic takes steps to rectify these concerns, as it would be a disservice to both animals and their owners to continue providing such subpar customer service.

Our puppy absolutely loves Hero's as do we. Quick service and very caring associates and vet. We're going to miss Sam and wish her luck on her adventure to become a veterinarian. She's absolutely ? the best ???

I’ve been taking my two cats to heroes for the last year and a half and i can say without a doubt that this is the best veterinary hospital in the Fort Lauderdale area. They are the kindest people and are always willing to help. The front desk ladies work so incredibly hard to make sure my sweet boys can be seen and given the care and attention they need. I’ve seen first hand how the receptionists, technicians, and doctors handle rude clients with grace and patience. As a first time cat owner, they gave me the peace of mind knowing i had a vet hospital in my area that would give the same love and care to my animals as i would. If you’re looking for a friendly, local vet hospital to take your fur babies, i would 10000% recommend Heroes. ❤️?⬛?⬛

I really don't know what happened to this office. But the people in the front used to be very nice mindful. The doctor was amazing. At this point I am looking for another vet. The girls in the front are so rude!! really? It's like they're at doing you a favor by doing their job.It saddens me because I really love the doctor but I will not go back.

No wonder they have 3 stars. I was with them for years and they really let me and my animals down. The manager Bethany yelled at me and wouldn’t let me speak on the phone. I could not get the information or help that I desperately needed and had already paid for. Now I have to go and pay for all the tests again at another vet and they could be endangering my cats lives, as they have an infectious disease. I know animals, I work with animals for a living. I did not deserve this poor treatment. No customer service person especially the manager should ever talk over or yell at a customer. These are the lives and well being of my animals which I consider like children. Heroes should be ashamed of the way this played out and I should be apologized to and refunded. Definitely do not go here if you care about your pets.
