Absolutely amazing from start to finish! I needed a “panel ready” dishwasher to replace the one I had, and since I didn’t want to change all my kitchen cabinets, I needed one that would accept my current cabinet. Fuse found it for me. I paid for it and set up the installation completely over the phone.Installation was also a pleasure. Three great installers got the work done in no time without any mess. I can’t recommend enough!

Jose came and removed the old Fridge installed the Sub Zero, and cleaned everything up. He had done the same in another unit for us, and his and assistant's care and work are EXCELLENT.

Miguel and Kevin were prompt and professional . They checked the installation of the stovetop and fixed a little hiccup with the cabinet by chipping the cabinet with the issue . Very happy with the service from beginning to end . Hands down Fuse is the one to do business with . Inspections of all electrical , gas and plumbing are included . I highly recommend Fuse. My salesperson Shannon really went above and beyond to ensure my new panel ready dishwasher would be a perfect fit. She followed up and was thorough in taking proper measurements and answering all of my questions. The installation and delivery team Jair, Michael and Danny were professional and courteous and ensured the dishwasher was as installed correctly and working properly before leaving ensuring all proper connections were made. I would only shop at Fuse appliances with Shannon for all of my future appliance needs.

Despite a rough start in our kitchen renovation, Shannon at Fuse was a true professional. Her timing for checking in on the progress was uncanny and so reassuring. Again professional, but also empathetic. Nearly 2 years later (bad contracting) and we have our dream kitchen.Fuse has an incredible selection of high end appliances and equally as important, outstanding salespeople and installers. Theo and his crew were timely, tidy, answered any question, adjusted everything so that it was perfectly installed, and made sure we knew we could call any time with any questions or issues.We’re so happy with our kitchen, but truly Fuse had so much to do with it! :)

The sales rep, Nicole, was extremely knowledgeable. She understood my needs and was able to meet them. She was very personable and thorough. A pleasure to do business with. All of the store staff were friendly. My Miele dishwasher was delivered and installed by Marcus and Michael. They were timely and efficient. The entire experience was great.
