We were looking for a new company to set up service with,we called Pico Propane and spoke with Althea, she was very professional and pleasant to work with, we were able to set up our account and begin service without issues or delays.i would definitely recommend this company and this CSR.

Formally Forever propane. I was a long time customer who often would forget us on the service route, but always worked to resolve pleasantly. Called Pico and new person named Porscha verified all of our account, history, address, and delivery information. I requested a fill was told I had to provide a photo of the meter (unusual but provided). First response was tank was not on a slab (not true). Second response was tank had to be either white or gray. I emailed Broward County code enforcement to be informed no code requirements for an above ground tank this small other than distance from a window or door. Pico’s own website shows a tank that is green. Either she is unaware of codes or making excuses to upsell. Either way I DO NOT recommend working with a company that spends more time trying to create a problem for you, rather than solve a problem. I am happy to have taken my business to Blossman, who have been perfectly pleasant, and within 24 hours came out to inspect appliances, tank and fill. Pico has no sense of customer service nor integrity. Bad business sense to pay to take over customers but not put effort in to retaining them. UPDATE- after posting this I received a phone call from Nicole apologizing for my experiences and asking if there was anything she could do to remedy the situation. She expressed that the business does not conduct itself this way and they work hard for a reputable history. I was very impressed to have received this call. Unfortunately I had already cancelled my account and set up with Blossman. I feel this was a very classy response and I do appreciate the effort so they have more of my respect now. Hopefully they will streamline their processes and training to avoid this mis information in the future

I give Pico 1 star, but I give Sarylee 5. I would have left had it not been for her. After Boyes gas was sold to forever propane then again to Pico, their service was a mess. Sarylee kept her cool and made it right. I’m only writing this review because she deserves a raise!

Even with a tank monitor, this company will let you run out of propane and not be able to refill you for 2 whole days! Then give you attitude and excuses without taking accountability!This happened 2 times in a row & it’ll be the last time! Do not sign up with them ever!

This place is horrible. I have not had gas since before Thanksgiving. We keep getting no call no shows and no one wants to take ownership. We are going to go with another company even if it cost more because we can’t go months without gas due to Forever Propane’s lack of any accountability. They are receiving a 1 as that is the lowest score, we can rate them.We had to give away our uncooked Thanksgiving meal and go to the Cracker Barrel and we refuse to do the same for Christmas. A little advise, don’t use this vendor.

Worst company Ever. I place an order for propane for my food trailer on Wednesday. Called on Friday to fellow up and I was given the run around. Finally they came to an agreement to serve me on Saturday with $200 safety check fine. Now it's Saturday the day of my event and no one has still yet to show 12pm. Wort company Ever will be take my business back to blossom gas company.

Forever propane is Awesome, my sales person Nadine was so helpful and knowledgeable and saved us work, Time and $$. I am converting my high wattage appliances to propane because of the high cost of electric. My Hot Water, Range & Dryer were never really efficient to begin with. I have propane in my home in the northeast for the last 20 years so I am fairly familiar with propane and its efficiency.Thank you forever PropaneMark L.
