I’ve been using Remix and there Team over at Embroidery World for years upon years, after asking the clubs and bars I worked at who they used oh so many years ago, they always had the same answer and it didn’t matter what area either, everyone always said; Call Fred from Remix and since 2007 until even this last week they have consistently always delivered on quality, answered calls, text, emails and social media post! I’m actually blown away that I haven’t acknowledged them sooner for there consistency but I sure am now. So if you’re even remotely considering options just stop right now and make the call. It will feel like you’ve been with them for years even on your very first order!Thanks again Y’all??????

The owner Fred, the girls Tami & Christina and Jason are awesome....so are the ones doing production of items... mega friendly, great products...I've gotten tee shirts,tank tops, pens, biz cards, postcards, promo items...fast friendly service...won't go anywhere else but here!

The end of December 2018 I went into the shop asking to have T-shirts hats and jackets made up. I gave them a picture of a hat that was already done and I asked if they could remake it. I also gave them a picture of something to embroider to put on jackets. After a week they never contacted me back so I stopped in and she told me that she needed more information so, I gave it to her. I offered her money as a deposit if that was possibly the problem. She said no. A few weeks later I never heard from her so, I stopped in again, and she asked me the same exact questions over again, and I answered them again. A few weeks after that, after not hearing from her again, I stopped in and she asked me the same question again!!!! This is now been 2 months and she's asking the same questions over and over. She keeps forgetting about my order and it has now been two full months. When she ask me the questions again I told her I would just relieve her of this problem and I that we already went through this several times and I left. This girl is the owner. She is the one with the long straight hair in the middle desk in the middle of the room. Does not know what she's doing and is a terrible business person. Maybe she didn't want my business. This is possible but, as a professional she should have told me instead of dragging me on for a few months. I think she just doesn't have her stuff together. This is the impression I was left with
