The service is bad at CVS pharmacy located at 3090 w oakland park blvd. After waiting 2 days the medications were not ready. Also the system sent out wrong notification that one of them could not be filled until 2022 and it's now 2024. I have not been to the Dr for over a year so that was strange. At the drive thru I was told to return 20 mins, because I asked the reason for the delay I was chased out of the drive thru.I felt so demeaned I had to request that I picked up the meds at another pharmacy location.

I recently opted to get text messages from CVS and suddenly this morning I got a text offering me $5 off any item. I immediately sent it to my card and decided to use the coupon on something that I usually don't splurge on. Got some really good shampoo, a brand that usually I would not purchase, but when the price is off $5, that was not a bad deal. This was a good CVS store with hard working staff placing stuff on the shelves and good inventory of items throughout the store. I opted for the self checkout register and after entering my phone number, and scanning my purchase, my offer came right up....I clicked on it and got my discount...easy...easy....

Every time I visit this location, I ALWAYS receive world-class customer service from both the Manager, Mr. Carl, and his Assistant Manager, Mr. Sketch. It truly is a pleasure to shop there and get all my questions answered honestly and quickly!!!!!

Walked in today for 4pm vaccine appt and walked right back out. Line was 15 deep to the pharmacy and it wasn’t moving. CVC corporate needs to get a grip and understand the demand. Not fair to allow this stress on your staff. Unfortunate …..

The black worker or manager says we have to put our backpack at the counter every time we come in here to pick up prescriptions like why have cameras if you think ppl will steal that have backpacks and ppl can still steal without a backpack I feel discriminated against because I am homeless and it’s becoming annoying now. Really need to start getting my meds elsewhere.

The cashier tried to give me $15 change, but $5 had a bedbug on it. I don't know if this is normal at this location but ughh! Disgusting ?. I was there a couple months ago and they accused a man of stealing, that wasn't called police and everything. They must deal with a lot of junkies.

This CVS houses the worse pharmacy in the history of Broward county. No matter , what day or time you arrive here, there will be a line. Not just a line but one at least 6 people long. There is no sense of urgency from any tech or the physicians. It’s gross . Don’t use this unless you have atleast a hour of waiting time. You’ve been warned.

I was there 20 minutes before my appointment, I had no cars in front of me, they could help me, but the lady “this lady for my opinion has a racist attitude“who was at the window was very rude and told me that I couldn't come back. I have a sick 4-month-old baby and gasoline is not cheap, they should understand more Current situation.Thanks
