Great location, clean, air conditioning, all machines always work, very rare for laundrymats. Car wash next door, what more can you ask for.

Once upon a time this place had a working AC and wifi. Today when as I came through the door I was greeted by the same temperature as outdoors. I asked if the AC is broken and the staff just shrugged. I can't leave my things and sit in my car because 2 separate times some of my clothes disappeared from the dryer. This will be my last trip to this establishment. This is disappointing.

I haven't had to go to a laundry mat in decades but I needed to was my clothes while on vacation and their place had updated machines at least. Decorated, really cute, too. And cheap price to wash!!! Phewwww it cost a lot to wash clothes nowadays!!! Used to be like .50cent to wash and dry when I was a kid.... I KNOW I'm getting old now, lol

First time going here, machines were clean, laundry clean, clothes cleaned and dried well, I'll be back!UPDATEBeen back twice since writing this review. Most washing machines are out of service or signs that say Cold Water Only! Working machines are the most expensive ones, which raises and eyebrow, seems things have gone downhill fast! No consistency!

Very reasonable prices. Can be very busy at times. Staff here are great, hard working. They Sometimes have to put up with some very rude customers. Gets 5 stars just for the staff here!

I use to drive from Sunrise to come here. However, in the past 2-3 months; this place has been so nasty. There are workers here every time I come but they seem to only be there to fulfill the wash and dry laundry orders. They don't speak English either. This place is the dumps now. No customer service or cleanness! Never ever will I drive over here again.

There is both very good and not so good. First the very good. Depending on who's working it will be clean, with the dryer lint traps cleaned out and when the drying is complete the clothes will smell fine. But the not so good, which happens half the time, there's dryer lint and other stuff on the floor and the dryer lint traps are over full. And more often than not, the clothes have an unpleasant odor that no amount of Bounce or Snuggle can mask. BUT the dryers, which is all I use, cost a quarter less than the laundromat around the corner. So...?Also, I had a similar experience another reviewer had who put money in, sat down, then discovered the machine wasn't working. Told the lady about it and she looked at me skeptically, put a quarter in and showed me it registered. And I said, I know, but it didn't work. Then she put the rest in, pushed start and it started. Boy did she give me a dirty look. Oh well. Thinking about it, I think I may have put the money in then walked away to throw something in the trash without pushing "start" and when I came back it didn't show that I'd put money in. So that may have been the problem. I didn't push "start" fast enough.
